Bob Evans

It’s Bob Evans. Quality is good ish. Service is dependent upon who you get. Portions are relatively small and generally over priced. This location has always been clean which is a huge plus. This location can get log jammed quickly with only foyer/​waiting seating for 12. Nice low walk up bar seating 8. Overall it is clean and comfortable and the staff is always kind and gracious.

I keep giving this place a chance, but I’m consistently disappointed. Even the carry out sucks, every single time I have to wait no matter how long in advance, we have to wait. The last time I place my order at 5pm for a 7:15 pick up, and still had to wait 30 minutes. We ate in the restaurant on new years day, our waitress, although nice and attentove, was filthy her apron was filthy and so were her clothes, made me sick before I even got my food. It’s a shame because I used to love Bob Evans, but this location is just bad.

Waitress was friendly but it took almost an hour to get our food. It wasn’t even busy at all!
The waitress said another waitress took the kid’s meal off the warming rack so we had to wait until another one was prepared for my son (while the adult food got cold).
Overall, bad experience. Go elsewhere.

This place is slow as fuck, excuse the language, but that’s the only word that comes to mind. The place sucks. 0 stars.

It wasn’t bad really the food came out really quick and it tasted good; however, the waiter seemed to be in a rush for some reason even though the restaraunt wasn’t full and after we got our food she kind’ve just left us. Although not great I have seen far worse restaraunts.

My family and I went here tonight we sat for 45 minutes waiting on our food the server had no clue what she was doing. We ordered 2 of the 3 course turkey dinners only one came out then was charged full price for my pie. The area director really needs to look at who and how this store is being ran

You know what? Just don’t come here. There are so many better options — fast food, other sit down restaurants… pick something else. Anything else.
We ate here again today, and service hasn’t improved much. No drink refills without asking specifically for one (I had an empty glass, but another member of my party asked for a refill, so they brought one for her but not for me), a management staff that’s busier holding up counters and shooting the bull rather than helping out an obviously overworked wait staff, and get this — the wait staff are also the only bussers. This means they get paid the same as waitresses but are expected to do the job of two people. This is the reason tables are dirty until a patron shows up — today, the lady who sat us grabbed some napkins to wipe down our dirty table. That’s a poor management choice in my opinion, and had led to the decline in service I’ve experienced.
So just avoid the whole negative experience and go basically anywhere else. But if you absolutely MUST eat here (and I don’t know why you would) tip your server who is doing double duty and obviously not getting support from management or the company.

It would very difficult to find an establishment with worse biscuits than Bob Evans. Terrible!

We came to support a school fund raiser. As a party of 6 it took a long time to be seated. About 6 groups of 4 or less were seated while we waited. It took about 10 minutes to get drinks. My father in law ordered meatloaf which they were out of. It took an extremely long time to get food. When the food came we had several missing items. I upgraded to a 3 course meal and the soup was never brought, my wife did not get her salad and my son did not get the side of parm cheese he requested with his speg. When the manager came to ask how we were doing and we informed her she apologized and fixed my wife and son’s order and gave free desserts to the table.

There isn’t much of a selection by the Interstate, but Bob’s doesn’t depress. It is a typical food restaurant, and the service is decent. I don’t mind stopping here, but I wish their food selection would improve.

I came to Bob Evans.
Someone recommended it to me. I was a business man from from Idaho. (It was before I got fired for fraud). I had a very long night and no one knew what to do. I asked the clerk at the hotel, the clerk told me… Bob Evans. I also had a recommendation from a former wife.
I walked into Bob Evans, I ate there. I was staying at the Mariott Inn, i don’t know why I didn’t go to shoney’s. But it was good.
I got the Western Bob Evans Sausage and Gravy Biscuits. It disagreed with me, but I agreed with it temporarily when I ate it. Just not afterwards. The waitress was mean, but I assumed she was rude.
I got back to the Mariott, I ate my leftover Bob Evans there.
I ate.
Later I got fired, but thats not a Bob Evans story, anywho the atmosphere was disturbing but accompanying. I ate there. No Wifi.

Bob Evans is somewhat pricy for what you get IMHO
OK service.
Kids eat free on Tuesday… so I went with my son
Got charged anyway… when I brought this to their attention
they said they fixed it but did not want to give me a receipt to show my credit card was credited… well next day I looked and they charged me twice.
Doubt I would go back again.
