Rude/Horrible customer service, seems like they need to be trained on how to work the computer/take orders efficiently. Purchased an $ 88.00 arrangement and it did not look ANYTHING like the picture online. Will not return.

Was sent here by my wife to purchase their «fruit salads» for Thanksgiving at my parents house this past year.
Little did I know it’s just their left over pieces of fruit that are cut away from their expensive designer fruit bouquets. I didn’t find the fruit to be THAT special and worth $ 6 bucks a bowl.
Customer service here was very weak, un helpful and somewhat rude. When I asked about their products they corrected their product name as if I was supposed to know what it’s called. It’s not like I went to McDonalds and asked for a Whopper lady!
Won’t go back that’s for sure.
