I had my baby shower here and they were horrible. We RSVP12 and last minute had an extra guest, an out of town relative, we told them several days ahead of time and they told my us that we need to un-invite one of our guests! That they just couldn’t accommodate the 1 extra person. Well I did, and felt awful about it and was mad. Then at the shower 80% of the food on the menu was«unavailable» and one guest was never even served her food, but we were absolutely billed for her. And what was served was disappointing in quality. Like an 8 year old with an easy bake oven and play kitchen could have done a better job. The staff was very rude and mean, even to my guests! Oh, and that extra guest they made me un-invite so could have been accommodated. The place was empty! Don’t have a party here, u will be disappointed.

This is one of my favorite places to go for fun. The tea selection is bigger than anywhere else in West Virginia that I’ve been, the servers are always nice, and the setting is beautiful. This is, of course, without even mentioning the wonderful food you get. I highly recommend ordering the High Tea. There will be one of everything they have per person from the lavender scones(which they’ll give you the recipe for if you ask) to tomato sandwiches. The soups are also good, but have to be purchase seperately.
