Karlie is really nice and got me scheduled pretty soon after I called. Went to get a gel nail fill, my regular nail tech moved out of state. Didn’t use hand sanitizer or cleaner before she started. She didn’t push back my cuticles and then proceeded to hit my cuticles and skin when she was filing with the electric file. Gel was applied really thick and all over my cuticles. The edge of the nail was about 1⁄8th inch thick at the end of the appointment, some of the nails also had ridges and weren’t smooth. They started lifting after a week :(. I won’t go back, sure it was fairly cheap but totally not worth it.
