Purchased $ 2000 cell phone booster system from this company which I could not get to work at two separate locations, and despite spending 3 hours attempting on my own, reading the manual multiple times, and spending approximately 1 hour with technical support without success. I decided to return the item and discovered that this company charges 10% restocking fee and they would not reduce or waive this fee. Simply makes no sense to buy from this company and risk 10% fee if your system does not work. There are multiple other cell phone booster retailers that do not have this 10% restocking fee.
