We have just started with this orthodontist at the beginning it was great and they seemed very nice and willing to work with us. But since then we’ve already missed one appointment and they charge us for that appointment. Plus they couldn’t fit my son in for six weeks because we have to do it later in the afternoon. They didn’t offer any other options but to just wait. Their effort and enthusiasm went downhill fast after we signed a contract. We decided to go with this orthodontist because he had a free gift of a mini iPad and seems very nice and knowledgeable. DONT fall for that you need to weigh all your options and verify they have the hours you need and I don’t add in these charges. :(
