I went to the Precinct Line location. Very fast service and good food. I got a breakfast sandwich and Coffee. Of course their donuts are great. Very friendly.

This location is better than the last one I went to. I average a DD visit once every 5 – 10 years. I’m more of a Shipley’s girl, but I digress. Whoah, so when did DD start serving meat? Breakfast and lunch menus. Nothing mind-blowing, but I was taken aback. Tried the fudge croissant donut. It was like $ 2.69 or something(regular donuts are 99 cents). WHOAH that thing is fudge filled. Someone hand me my insulin. Vanilla Chai is more Vanilla then Chai. But y’know, I do that to myself.

My family and I came to this location during a slow time. We ordered 3 combos, one with a regular hot chocolate. While we were in the middle of ordering the cashier felt it was professional to small talk with another employee. When I looked at our receipt it showed what I thought was 4 hashbrowns, when there was only 3 of us. So I went up to correct this, I was assured that was because they separate the hashbrowns from the combos and I was not overcharged. So I decided to wait to see what came out. Indeed, I was right there were 4 hashbrowns in our bag. And the hot chocolate was mint hot chocolate not regular, not because of a mistake but because they didn’t feel like making more regular hot chocolate and they didn’t tell us that they did it. So that was brought up to what seemed to be the manager. She brought out a new hot chocolate and then about 5 mins later looks at the table behind us and goes, «didn’t you get a regular hot chocolate too?» They got mint and she made regular. … so she puts the regular on our table. No thank you. We will keep it beside the extra hashbrown we received as we walk out the door. Oh, as well as the egg we requested to be left off one sandwich. Thanks I’ll just walk around the trash on the floor to get out.

I always have rude service here. A lot of the people who work here don’t give a damn about your coffee. Do yourself a favor, drive the 3 seconds down the road and spend your money at Starbucks. It’s worth the few extra bucks.

UPDATE(see my previous review, as well). I wish I could give them zero stars because the same shocking behavior in the drive-through continues! This evening in the drive-through the guy«refused» to serve me when I tried to confirm and clarify my order(half a cup of coffee in a medium cup with light cream). He had it confused and and was giving me a long deal about how«Light cream could mean more cream…». What? I said«Light cream means less cream.» So I clarified it and he proceeded to get very offended and said he wasn’t going to serve me and that I didn’t have an order anymore. Shocked, I pulled up to the window after his angry«refusal of service» because it absolutely made no sense. He reiterated he would not serve me and then he walked away and fiddled with the donuts to show he wasn’t interacting with me. I sat there and waited for him to come back and said«I’m a paying customer. Why would you refused service?». He gave not reasons and was so hostile in his attitude. There were now four cars behind me waiting. He continued to refuse to help. This is just discrimination and rudeness. I don’t know why I ever gave them second chances! Never again. Never have had anywhere near this treatment at any Starbucks! Not worth it!

I stop everyday before work. The drive thru is a bit small but the service is fast and friendly. This location makes very good lattes and of course their donuts as amazing! Have been going for the passed 6 months and don’t plan on stopping my routine.

I go to Dunkin’ Donuts because I love coffee and I love their point system to earn free drinks; you get 3 points for every dollar spent. Also, the day after the Rangers win a game you get a free small coffee of your choice; no extra charge for flavor add-ins. The more you visit, the more coupons you get. You also get free drinks on your birthday. This location is always clean when I visit. The counter is a bit slow. It’s usually one person working drive-thru and one on the front counter. So that means each worker is taking orders and making those items before they can help the next customer. SLA-OW! The friendliness and attentiveness of the staff makes up for that. Annnnd it’s pumpkin season at Dunkin’. Can Starbucks say that right now… NO! :-) Download the app and pay from there to speed up the transaction.

Terrible service. They don’t even greet you when you walk in. I was standing by the counter but no one seems to be interested. I walked out.

We have a Dunkin’ Donuts on base where I live but it’s just one of the franchises and isn’t the same. So passing through the metroplex showing the in-laws around the Dallas-Fort Worth area before heading back up to Wichita Falls we had to stop at Dunkin’ Donuts. It’s something they don’t have in California where they live. So we walked in to a very up to date store on a Saturday just before noon. It wasn’t packed at all but the service was slow. There were 4 people working who were visible to the public and only 3 groups of people in the store. I was not impressed with the speed of service but the employees were polite and friendly. That being said a little more than half the tables were dirty and hadn’t been cleaned off. The food was very tasty, we all enjoyed our sandwiches. But overall I wasn’t impressed with the establishment; however, it wasn’t a slop hole.

Typical Dunkin Donuts. A little slower than the ones I am use to up north. The only issue I had was the cashier working the register with a glove on. Luckily, I got the other cashier. I would not have bought any food, if she waited on me, as I am not a big fan of having my food picked up by a glove used to change money. Dunkin’s needs to have a sanity rule that cashiers can’t wear gloves.

I’ve been here twice, both times regretting«cheating» on my little hole in the wall donuts places I hit up on my way to the various regular places I go in the mornings when my daughter decides she needs her donuts fix. The first time was my first ever time here, I though it was really odd that they would only sell donuts holes in a dozen, not a half a dozen. So I went ahead and bought the dozen to keep the line moving even though I don’t allow my daughter to eat that much … and she & I both thought they were not worth it. & I ended up giving most of it away to the break room snatch and grab counter at work. The second time was this past week, I’m supposed to be staying off of my feet so unfortunately for a week or too for medical reasons so I was trying to not walk in somewhere I have too. 10 mins in the drive thru to place my order with 3 cars in front of me, the 3rd placed their order right when I pulled up. Another 10 to finally get the single .99 cent chocolate iced donuts my daughter ordered. I think I’ll just bite the bullet/take a gamble and walk in to one of our regular places if we go again while I’m supposed to be healing off my feet so I don’t risk my daughter & I both being late over a donuts.

Starting with the positive the food was good. Now the negative: stood in line for about 15 min with only 2 customers ahead of me, no one was behind the register taking orders. All of the employees were running around in circles having personal conversations with each other, and not once did the acknowledge the customers in line until they came up to take the order. Once i got to the register i gave my order loud and clear, but the employee seema to just not be listening, so i had to repeat myself a few times. Seems like ordering food/coffee is painful, but eating of it is easy.

I’ve never been inside this store nor have I purchased anything besides iced coffee. So I can’t comment on the food or the manager other people are mentioning. However I love their iced coffee selections and the prices! Tastes just as good or better than more expensive places. I’ve never had a DD near me so this is a new phenomenon for me. I’m glad they’re open 24 hours now, too. The drive thru cashiers have always been very polite and helpful, especially the gentleman named Saqib.

Rude managers. Rude cashier. I have been getting my frequent purchaser card punched here for a couple years. My wife went in to redeem it today. The cashier refused to honor it and said she had never seen that frequent purchaser card before. My wife was bewildered because THATSTORE had punched all the tallies on the card! The cashier went back and talked to a manager. Then, without bothering to come to the counter and talk to my wife, the manager – yes, the manager – shouted out to my wife — in front of other customers– from the back of the store, «We’ve never had those cards here!» How rude! How embarrassing! They were essentially calling my wife a liar. Shouting out from the back is so bogus. We live just a few blocks from this store and it is not likely we will ever frequent it again.

This Dunkin Donuts is terrible. Considering the type is establishment it is, you would think they would get the quick service time thing down. I have waited in the drive through for 25 minutes on multiple occasions with only 3 – 4 people in front of me in line. The employees are rude, in particular the young man who works the drive through in the morning. He doesn’t say a word to you, just takes your money and hands you your order. Every time I go I question why I came back.

Holy S*** I must be living under a rock cause I didnt realize that DD sold other food besides doughnuts. I do feel weird about reviewing this place like Joseph mentioned but I really wanted to put a review in to share how pleased I was with this place. I was on my way to work(i recently changed my route to work by taking 183 to Dallas instead of crappy 114 and the ridiculous construction work going on — my mood has been significantly better because of it) and I was starving — I was dying for a bagel but I pulled into DD to settle for a doughnut instead. When I pulled up to the menu — I was amazingly surprised! They had bagels!!! I was so thrilled when they even toasted it and put cream cheese on it(hear that Panera???) I also got a cup of coffee and was on my way to D-town. The bagel honestly wasnt the greatest — it reminded me of a sara lee bagel but I wasnt expecting there to be a minature Einsteins located inside of DD either. The coffee was freaking amazing! I have since become addicted to it and have made it a regular stop on my way to work in the morning. In addition to this greatness — ive seriously gotten a survey on every receipt that gives you a free medium coffee or doughnut on your next visit(yay!)
