Very friendly employees, & extremely helpful as well! My husband could talk games with them all day. We do most of our gaming business here, & we always leave satisfied.

Ok this was a really good gamestop; I usually go in for my husband to get a birthday/Christmas/etc gifts or with him to use gift cards he’s gotten and the staff is usually really helpful for my somewhat limited gaming self. One of the last times I went in was in Oct 2011. I went to pre-order Mass effect 3& Old republic for my husband for Christmas & birthday gifts. The girl at the counter who I assume was a manager or assistant manager I have seen in the store before; she usually seemed in a bad or stressed out mood so her attitude didn’t faze me. I do my Mass Effect 3 special edition reserve no issue and I ask about doing the big special edition of Old Republic. She flat out lied to me saying that they are tapped out on their reserves for it and that I would not be able to find it on their site or anywhere else so I needed to reserve the regular edition now before those tap out. While I was at the store I went ahead and just put $ 5 on the reserve incase that was really the case. I called my sister in law on my way home and have her start looking for it while I was on my way home & if she found it to order it & I’d give her my half when I saw her later that week. Not 5 minutes later she forwards me her receipt and another link to GameStop’s website that they still had the special edition in stock. Sadly by the time I could go back and get my $ 5 back the girl who lied to me wasn’t there for me to show the printouts I had so I could call her on it… but the guy who I talked to about the situation was really nice about it and returned my cash no problem. 2 months later I get a text about my star wars reserve being available which made me chuckle. I went in, mostly because our 360 red ringed; which they were really cool and before selling me a new system told me about a place that I could take the red ringed one to get fixed but I ended up giving the red ringed one to a friend to get fixed and we got a new one; and asked about the reserve. They said it was just automated and not to worry about it. After that second visit I have not been back in … but if that one employee is still working there be leery if you’re doing a pre-order … otherwise this is a good ‘stop

Good service with very knowledgeable employees. Once you get some time with one you can really get a feel for which games are right for you. Only complaint is that there is usually a bit of a wait to check out or to get some assistance. Overall, I really like this store.
