Went here to go get my wife’s ring cleaned after we had crawfish. Usually we are greeted with such enthusiasm and helpfulness. Today however no one really wanted to help us at this particular helzberg. There were no other customers really in the store but it was going to take 30 minutes to clean??! We got passed to another employee to clean the ring. The other helzberg we go to everyone can help is but maybe this one was different. The service overall wasn’t great to the standards we are accustomed to unfortunately for this location the one we are used to going have been delivery great service everytime so the standard is higher now. Hopefully next time I visit the service will be better.

This is the first time that I received bad service at a Helzberg Location. My husband bought both my diamond engagement ring and a wrap for my wedding band at a Helzberg in Austin. I went in today to get a cleaning and am inspection because my husband had bought the insurance. The sales person greeted me and was not friendly. She then rushed off to greet other customers in the store that were browsing because they might be buying customers. It’s a terrible service to chase a commission. Eventhough my husband were going to buy anything else from Helzberg, I will make sure that he doesn’t go to that location. I absolutely love my rings and Helzberg! I just refuse to give my business to someone who doesn’t understand that great service turns into amazingly huge commission!
