Good little shop. A lot like a Subway in the process. The meats are fresh and they really pile on the meat. Yum! There are three sizes of sandwiches. Since I don’t know the names I will rename them. 1. Super better bring 2 or 3 people sandwich. 2. The I think I can eat it but a need a good appetite. 3. Mini — don’t be fooled. I had the medium(2) I was stuffed when I finished. That’s a lot of protein. My guest had the mini. She was able to eat it all, but she was stuffed. Wish I had gotten the mini. The usual lineup of chips can be purchased with the sandwich. I think they have a frequent flyer card. The meal was pleasant and very fresh. The add-on were not as extensive as their competition, but I don’t think that was an issue. Give yourself a few more minutes for them to make the sandwich. They were really nice.

Blows every other sub place away! Mike’s special is my favorite. I always order a giant with my son and split it.

You have to love a good East Coast submarine sandwich! These guys really do it right, my only hope is that in the future they relocate someplace where the parking is more convenient and they have a drive thru window.

The Jersey Mike’s on Hulen is very good. Their food is great, always hot. Their customer service is top notch. I’ve been to this location about 8 times now and never had a bad experience. They don’t just greet you with insincere«Hey, welcome to blah blah» they actually SPEAK to you like a normal person. Strike up conversation, ask how’s it going etc… Most of the people there know us now by name and what we usually order. Very friendly, and food is really good. The manger at this location should really be proud of his staff; keep it up!

Awesome service, and friendly staff. Excellent food, especially the cheesesteaks! They cut the meat right in front you, and their provolone cheese is quality. If you are looking for good sandwiches this place blows subway away.

I’m not the biggest fan of deli meat so my rating for this place is not the best, despite the other menu options I’ve tried. My largest criticism is their SLOWPROCESS. Weekday lunch is always a super busy time for restaurants, but Jersey Mike’s seems to like that they make it hard on themselves. I get that the perception of freshness if you can literally see the deli meat you’re ordering get sliced as you order, but right at the beginning they are already slowing themselves down. I won’t get started on the wraps… or actually I will. I ordered a Buffalo Chicken Wrap and I got through the line, paid, and only several customers later did I actually get my wrap. After ordering a sandwich for a coworker, I ordered my wrap at the beginning of the line at the same time. They don’t, however, start making it until much later. Not sure if that’s just how they do it or it was just my experience. I order the sandwich and the process commences. They ask for the type of bread(white or wheat), then the type of sandwich. Then that person is done with helping you and you get passed off, while they tend to the rest of the customers in line. The next person gets your toppings. At this point they do ask what toppings I want for my wrap and just write it down. No wrap in sight. I had a feeling it would TAKEAWHILE. They wrap up the sandwich, I pay, and wait about another 5 minutes for my wrap. Literally no one in sight beginning it. I eventually get it and leave. A great thing I noticed was, they all change their gloves frequently. Great practice!

I came to this location Tuesday 7÷28÷15. It was honestly the best customer service I’ve ever had the guy cutting my meat on my sandwich was from Brooklyn. It made it feel like I was in a real deli shop. He was amazing the way he interacted with the customers. So much energy. The staff was great the place was clean. The food was so good. Great job guys impressive.

Alright – walked into the store & ordered a Regular sized sub. The guy cutting the meat from the deli counter grabs the slab of turkey and grates out 1.2.3.4 super skinny slices of meat and slaps them on the bread & passes it down the veggie line to another associate. I said«Really??» & walked out. If your gonna pay over 8 bucks for a sub, you shouldn’t get less than an 1⁄8th of a pound of meat on your sandwich… sure the owner has set the managers down & instructed them to train associates that this is protocol. Not smart business… bad business. Too bad cause I really like Jersey Mike’s.the one I used to go to in Atlanta for years was greatness.

I’ve been to this location several times and just got back from here today. I have never been let down by these guys. The service is so exceptional here and the staff is soooooo friendly it’s almost too over-the-top! But I always recall leaving here with a big smile on my face. Their attitudes are infectious! It’s always super clean here as well. I’m just going to say – if you thoroughly enjoy a Subway sandwich, the processed disgusting, bagged, precut thick gross meats — -then we just won’t see eye to eye on what makes a great sandwich.(Eat Fresh… HA!) At Jersey Mikes, they don’t have as wide variety of veggies to choose from as Subway, but they majorly make up for this in other areas. Their bread is amazing! And they slice the deli meat and cheese right in front of you, nice and thin(the way I prefer), made to order. They also have provolone cheese which is one of my favorites! I also love their Philly cheesesteaks. I haven’t had anything here that I didn’t love. Give them a shot for a great sandwich!

Jersey Mike’s makes a good sub. They tend to put too much oil and vinegar on the sandwich so I have them tone it down a little. The staff at this Jersey Mike’s has a hard time keeping up with orders when they are busy.

I tried this place because of my co-worker and because it was an eatery that was walking distance from where I used to work. The service was always great no matter whenever I went in and although they have select choices the sandwiches are good. The only thing I’d have to complain about would be the fact that their sweet tea isn’t sweet at all.

This was my first time @ a jersey mike. Honestly the only reason I went in the first place was because of the coupon I got in the mail. I m picky when it comes to sub sandwich s. I ll admit I loved me some Quiznos, just something about that toasted bun and lots of topping options. Here I managed to get a 7 inch on rosemary bread turkey sub with some pepperjack cheese and spicy mustard. When it comes to the toppings though I was left severely disappointed. I like more options other than tomatoes lettuce mayo relish. Where’s the black olives wheres the green olives or the crumbled egg or??? The sandwich itself was okay but I prefer a toasted bun not a cold cut sandwich. Again, the coupon brought me in, so without one of those in hand I probably won’t be back but I will say this a lot better than potbellys!

Yum Yum Yum. The #43 Chipotle Cheesesteak Yum Yum Yum Every time we go there we always get the Giant #43 and split it. It’s the same size as 2 of the regulars but about 2⁄3 the price of getting 2 separate sandwiches. It’s way plenty for two people and that’s coming from a big boy. The grilled steak, peppers, and onions have always been perfect. Add to that the Chipotle mayo and it’s one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. I’ve had several of their other sandwiches and they are very good but I keep going back to the #43. This has been one of our favorite stops for several months and I do not see anything changing in the near future.

I’m a fan of Jersey Mike’s. If I had the option of going to a Subway, Jimmy John’s, or a Jersey Mike’s…7 times out of 10 I’d pick JM’s(and I’d go to JJ’s the other 3 times). It is what it is. They make a good sandwich, nothing special about it… just good. At my visit to this particular Jersey Mike’s, the sandwich wasn’t good… hence the two star rating. I ordered the veggie sandwich. There was a delay because they had to go to the back and cut up the veggies(I guess they were talking about the bell peppers?). It didn’t take too long for them to finish up the sandwich, so that wasn’t an issue. The staff was cool, so that wasn’t an issue. It was when I went to eat my sandwich. I HATE when I bite into my sandwich and the outside of the bread is HARD! The bread felt like it was toasted when it wasn’t. It just got hard from sitting out for who knows how long. The reason why this annoys me is because the person who is making your sandwich feels the bread when they are holding and cutting it. Why can’t you just give me a better one? If my bread, which is not toasted, crunches when I bite into it… the bread shouldn’t be used. I still like Jersey Mike’s. They do make good sandwiches. This review is just based on this particular visit to this particular establishment. I’m sure that I’ll come back to this shop eventually, and when I do, I’ll write an updated review!

I have had a complete turn around on Jersey Mikes I love them. I don’t know what happen after my first time there. But I change my rating. And I have been back a plenty. I like the amount of toppings and meat they put on the sandwich’s. And my favorite is number 43. The chipotle cheese steak it is very good you get plenty for your money. They do have a small amount of choices on the menu but that is fine by me. They also have chips at a extra cost.

I am not a sandwich lover… especially cold ones. But Jersey Mikes has shown me the light! Now I’m craving this freaking italian sub done Mikes way! Supa dupa fresh, meat and cheese cut to order… not pre-sliced sitting around in bins… sooo yummy! You gotta go get one fo yerself… trust!
