Just In Time Tree Service

I used Justin Time Tree Service this week as a tree had fallen overnight on my car. I called a lot of services and Justin is the one who called back first at 8:00am in the morning and arrived within 30 minutes.
I found him to be extremely knowledgable about trees and very cordial. His partner/​cousin was also very nice. They worked at fast pace to get the job done.
I found his price to be in line with what someone else may have charged.
Overall, I will likely use him again to trim some of my trees in the winter months.

We also just had an OK experience. He was supposed to come give an estimate and had vehicle trouble so he had to reschedule. They removed the limbs but said they couldn’t get the stumps. They cut our chain link fence to get the limbs out and just kind of wove it back together with what looks like a black electrical cord. Needless to say, it looks horrible. I think I would try someone else.

I’ve used Justin once and had an ok experience. The first time he was supposed to show for the work he did not make it that day. Blamed it on car trouble. Made it out the second day and took down the trees I requested. Had to actually help him out a bit with one of the trees which leads me to believe he’s a little understaffed. Just him and a teenage boy to take down 2 fully mature trees. Job went well and I was satisfied with the results and clean up. Thats the only reason I gave a 3^rd star.
A few months later, I submitted a work request on his website and never received a response. I eventually gave up and decided to wait on the work until a later time.
Another few months later, I submitted a work order again trying to get service done before I could have some other non-​related jobs completed. Set up a meeting to come out and get a quote. DId not show. Called hours later stating «car trouble»… again… Rescheduled. Did not show on the second date… but came out hours later when no one was home. He left a quote on voice mail but I was unsure what the quote was for since I hadn’t really given any details on what I wanted to do.
Called back a few days later to try yet again to set up a meeting about the job. At the present time we are over an hour passed the window I was given for him to show and can’t wait any longer. Pretty much given up on this one to go somewhere else.
I just think he is either over worked, understaffed, or both. Needs some more organization for his business. I guess it works for the old people in the area that aren’t in any rush. Don’t hire unless you have all the time in the world to wait around for him.
