POOR comunications! Appears that they do not need the business. Stay away from this company. Find a reputable plumber that truly cares about your problem. I have called their number multiple times to no avail. The one time I was able to speak with the receptionist, I felt as though my eight year old granddaughter was etremely more intelligent than the «little girl» answering the telephone.

Unresponsive. Left work to meet them at my home to see about fixing plumbing issue.
They gave a window of time for appointment 12 to 5. Said he was coming out at 1 p.m.
No show. No call. Bad business.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a plumber. Matrix plumbing came out to my house to adjust the water heater temperature, and a day later I had no hot water.
I called them immediately after noticing I had no hot water, and they told me it had nothing to do with the adjustment they made. On top of that they offered no assistance on fixing the problem.
I am not the type of person that takes my frustrations to blogs, but I feel that I need to let others know that this is a very difficult and unethical company to work with. I recommend using any other plumbing service in the DFW metroplex.
