If I could rate it lower, I would. I used to go here at least once a month, but I moved to grapevine, and had to find a new place. Today I was in hurst, and was happy to go back. HUGE mistake. My pedicurist seemed annoyed that I was there, even rolled her eyes when I asked for a water. She did two Coats very quickly. My polish bubbled and is so sheer that you can see clear through it (it was a dark purple, that shouldn’t have happened). My manicurist was worse. After I told her 3 times that she was burning my nail bed with the electric filer (which was on the highest speed), she never turned her machine down, instead yanking my hand toward her, and holding it down harder. After the 6^th time, she packed her stuff up, and moved to a different station. She never told me to follow her! So I sat there for a second before she decided to include me in her plans. She continued to hurt me at the next station, even cut my cuticle from haphazardly and aggressively using that damn machine, and then when she finished, had the nerve to ask if I wanted her to do my eyebrows. NO.
I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. I will NEVER be back.

Camtu is the BEST! I’ve spent years trying to find someone who does good nails around here. People always leave then bumpy or the edges jagged, they don’t polish the sides, ect. But Camtu always does an amazing job on my nails and is very nice as well. She’s done my nails the past 7 times or so now and I will continue going:)

I don’t normally leave reviews good or bad but I felt the need to write one today. I have been doing the NexGen nails (at a different salon) for a while now and have never had problems with breaking or premature lifting of the nail. In fact once I had to go almost 4 weeks between visits due to a crazy schedule and the only way you could tell was because of the nail growth. I’ve previously been to NDS for pedicures and never had a problem and thought I’d give them a try since they have later hours. Within 5 days I had a nail chip and the next day the whole nail fell off! I went back to have it repaired and was asked how long it had been, when I told her she didn’t seem to believe me and told the nail tech to charge me half price for the fix. I don’t mind having to pay the $ 3 but now 2 days later and another 2 nails are about to fall off! I will not be returning as I really don’t have the time to be going back and forth for repairs.

Today was my first time here. My sis brought me here to get a little pampered after a funeral. I got the $ 35 pedicure with the clay mask, indeed refreshing. My technician named KATHY was very very precise and meticulous, very detailed and she took her time on me. I didn’t feel rushed, I felt relaxed and very welcome.
The shop upon arrival was very clean and neat in appearance, busy but they had enough room for walk ins. Get you in, get you out feeling fabulous. Will be here on my next visit again.

had the worse experience ever! my mother and i went for mani and pedis we spend more than 150 $ and the polish application of my toes is a mess, my mothers shellac came of in 2 days and my full set was a mess! we went back in 3 days to fix my mothers shellac! and the lady said she never saw my mom or me! they gave her a horrible hard time and the lady denied to fix my nails! im never coming back the lady from the front desk is an Oger! she is not even nice and she is rude! the worst place ever! so dissapointed! so expensive and horrible service!

I’ve been coming for over a year and since Tom (my fourth nail tech) has been doing my nails I’ve had them constantly break.
I could deal with the chipping.
I could deal with spending an hour trying to dry my nails because they kept hitting them.
But this.
THIS is where I draw the line.

I’ve been going to this nail salon for years and always had beautiful work done on my nails, feet and waxes. Well until Jennifer did my service my solars look horrible humped up on some and small airholeson others, chips first night and breaking after five days. Worse wax ever, i had grown my eyebrows out and now i have none! I just want to cry every time i look in the mirror. I ask for a upper lip wax and she waxed my chin and and part of my neck she was slapping that wax on fast and furious, I was quite nervous. I finally stopped her!!! All Jennifer cares about is taking your money and not you as a customer.

Terrible experience. Stopped in with my Mom for a pedicure. The man completing the service cut me with the callus remover. He did not do so intentionally, but obviously had no experience. My Mom’s pedicure chair had dirty nailpolish removal wipes stuffed in the water liner. That should have been our first indication to leave. After my foot was injured, we immediately left for fear of improper sanitation causing a serious infection.

I always get a free pedi done by my boyfriend, but I always come back here for Tracy. She does such a thorough job and my feet always feel great. Ask for her! You won’t regret it.

I just got a manicure for myself and a friend on New Year’s Eve. They got to us very quickly, which was impressive considering how busy they were, but the staff was not very friendly and the manicure was sloppy. I get monthly manicures and pedicures so I do think I’m a fair judge when it comes to the quality. Last month I got a pedicure here, and it was also a bit sloppy. I don’t think I’ll come here again. I would say this place is mediocre. Only come here is you’re needing something quick and simple.

Love love love LOVE this place. I stumbled upon this place while shopping in the north east mall. Listen to me closely. I am a anal perfectionist with my nails. I will let ppl do my toes but my fingers? Nay! Every corner must be coated and nail beds Perfect… well Nancy here is my nail Angel I work long and hard hours and no longer have time to do my nails, when I did do them they chipped two days later :/​so I tried shellac… LIFE SAVER, They lasted 3 weeks and with stand a tremendous amount if beatings and never lost there luster or chipped! I am forever a customer here at This place. Highly recommended.

I’m a regular here (as regular as pedicures are for me, maybe 3 times a year) and they’re VERY clean, VERY trustworthy. Reliable and consistently good work. Only nail place that has never once cut me or done a poor job, and I see a different girl every time. I’m officially a huge fan.

I went in excited to get my nails done after moving. I wanted nail art that they advertise all over for, including having display hands in all the windows showing all of the art… well i usually get shellac, but i wanted some length so i decided to get acrylic… i don’t even know the lady’s name who did my nails but she was older. Sits against the right wall. Started off her not really understanding i wanted OVAL, not square, not round, i even said pointy… still didn’t get it. so she starts laying on the acrylic, starting off really thick, already im thinking wth… then filing, she files into my skin causes me to bleed, KEEPS doing the same thing after i told her not to… how can you not do something so simple, that i know gets done everyday?! i even showed her a couple photos… i should have asked for someone else, i should have left, i should have demanded she do them right, but after constantly just trying to communicate and failing i gave up, i knew id go someplace else and spend more money to have them fixed. What a let down… Will never go back and will never recommend…

I’ve been here semi-​regularly for about 4 years now. I’ve never been able to get anyone to do reasonable nail art here. I usually end up with explosions or very painful-​looking daisies. The last time I went here the manicurist filed my nail down to my finger. That’s a new one, and I shan’t return.
They also seem to be worked to the bone. My friend ended up with Kevin (also mentioned by name in previous reviews) who says they have 10 – 11 hour days, six days a week.

I got the shellac nails done here for V-​day and the tech that did my nails did a great job. I have long nails and was sick of changing the polish all the time and wanted to try something different and I tried the shellac nails for the first time and I love it. It will cost you 33 dollars to get this done, I went on a Saturday and only had to wait 15 min and I was seen. I had a very good experience here and I will be back.

I have never ever had such an awful experience. Kevin did my nails with acrylic and they all fell off the next day. When I went in just to have them redone they would not take care of me. The manager lady at the front was so rude and she actually yelled at me in front of customers to the point where I had to ask her to please leave me alone. Needless to say I never want to go back there again and I did not even want them to touch my nails one more time. I drove all the way from Arlington because I have read the reviews were great and I am so disappointed. It’s a great thing if you get good service but it’s a problem when your nails are done so poorly that they fall off. Think about it before you go ladies. I mean if this is their level of customer service and something bad happens to you they really need to try to please their customers and improve their business because they don’t deserve it at this point.

While out with my sister we decided to get some pedicures, and this was convenient for us. We were promptly greeted and sat down for our services.
The shop is clean and quiet, unusual at a mall. The menu had several options to choose from.
I must say I am pressed with the quality, and the fact that there was not the typical chatter of gossip among technicians.
My sister and I will definitely be back when in the area again!
Vivi T was my nail tech and she handled my nails with care even helping with my ingrown nail without much pain.

Not the greatest pedicure I’ve ever had. Then the tech would not allow me to put my sandals on before she painted my nails, stating «I’ve done this before.» Then when she tried to put on the first sandal she messed up the paint. Then I insisted on putting on the sandal before she attempted a repair so we don’t do this again… she argued no but I insisted. She then tried to patch the jacked up paint instead of removing the polish and starting over, which I did not let her get away with because, well, I’ve done this before too… and a patch job will always chip quicker. Ridiculous to have to argue over a service I’m paying for. I won’t go out of my way to come back.

This is the best nail salon Ive ever been to. I love their sanitary pipeless pedicure chairs and everyone is always so nice when I go. They have the biggest collection of gel polish too. :)
