Me and my two-​year-​old daughter were having a really fun time until I saw one of your African American employees coming out of the bathroom near the party zone with his hand down his shorts!!! Completely disgusting and unacceptable!!! My family will not be coming back to!!!

I would not recommend you bring your children to this place. The employees are all teenagers that very clearly do not care for children. The employees do not enforce the rules but instead stand around and talk with each other while kids unknowingly break the rules that are there to keep them safe. I took my 5 and 6 year old daughter there today and from the very start we had issues. We purchased our tickets online a few hours before we came and when we got to the front to give them the tickets they had no idea what to do with them. After about 10 minutes of standing at the front while a very young man tried to figure out what to do with our tickets (the manager never bothered to step in and fix the issue) the young man told us «well we can’t figure it out because we never have people pay online so you’re basically getting in for free». We had already paid online so it wasn’t infact «for free». We decided to let that one go and just continue to have fun but after going to the foam pit and having the employee over there not pay one single bit of attention to the children who were all jumping in at the same time (the rules state one child at a time) because he was too busy yelling across the building to a co-​worker of his we decided to leave the foam pit and venture other areas of the building. Every single area that had an employee monitoring it was not being attended to properly. Either the employees were standing there like a lifeless zombie or they were chit chatting with co-​workers. My daughters wanted to jump in the main trampoline areas but because one is 5 and the other is 6 they had to jump in separate areas. My husband to my 6 year old and I took my 5 year old but in the 5 and under area there were about 6 adults jumping around so I took my daughter over to the 6 and up area where my other daughter was the only one jumping. Once again there were three employees standing there talking so I let my other daughter go in and jump. About 2 minutes later one of the guys loudly blew his whistle and told my 5 year old to «get back over there». At this point I decided to talk to a manager. The managers way of handling it was just as bad. He told me that he told his employees that «if they see me they should say they’re sorry». the costumer service in this place is terrible and the employees do not care about making sure the children are safe or having fun.

Go somewhere else. Way too expensive. If you have kids under six don’t go. They put them in a little area and basically make them stand still. Also now they make you buy their socks. $ 2 each. We spent almost $ 50 for 1 hour. Go to Altitude in Keller. Way way cheaper! And way way more fun.

Under new ownership that requires you to buy socks. Stupid waste of money. I won’t be back. Urban Air in Southlake is much better. Doesn’t require you to buy silly socks!

This is a huge «trampoline park» where they have various trampoline activities for kids of all ages. When to you first enter, you pay for the amount of time (based on hourly rates) that you want per person and you sign a liability waiver at a computer kiosk. They just started offering a new thing on the weekends where a family of four can jump for an hour, it includes a pizza, a pitcher of a soft drink, and it’s $ 50. That’s a pretty good savings for what it would be if all of those items were individually priced. They also force you to buy their rubber grippy socks for each jumper ($ 2 per pair) — unless, of course, you have visited previously and remembered to bring your grippy socks along.
Once inside, the perimeter of the place is set up with various trampoline activities. They have basketball, a regular trampoline area where it’s basically a free jump — that area is divided into two sections for the bigger kids/​adults & the smaller kids, there’s a big pit of foam that you can dive into following a run on trampoline «strip», and two trampoline dodge ball areas — complete with a referee to keep things fair and moving. They have a lot of rules though — some that seem pretty dumb. In the free jump area, the larger trampoline is divided up into smaller squares — but they only allow one person to jump per square. They don’t allow you to jump off the walls, you can’t hold hands with someone and jump… they basically just want you to jump up and down and not get creative. And, for a kid, that’s kind of lame.
In the center of the place they have an arcade and (my favorite) — a photo booth. :) The games are typical of those that you would fine elsewhere — they spit out tickets and you can redeem them at the counter for little prizes. They also have lots of benches in there for the parents who aren’t jumping with their kids and are just hanging out. If your plan is to just hang out though — I do recommend wearing a jacket if you’re a cold-​natured person. They keep it pretty cool in this place due to the high activity levels of all the crazy kids in there running around and getting sweaty. They also have a snack bar where they sell pizza and lots of other over-​priced things like that.
This is my main complaint about this place… they have only teenagers working in this place — which I would expect… BUT none of them seem to like kids too much. They don’t really talk, or smile, or engage the kids whatsoever. For example, you will see the younger ones throw their basketball up, make a basket and look to the ref for a sign of approval — a high five, a wink, a head nod — just SOMETHING, right? But no. They just stand there stoically and looking miserable. If you don’t like kids, why work here? Ya know? It’s a pretty easy and low stress job. If you go to the snack bar, they just look at you. The customer service is certainly lacking here and there is not a single adult in sight.
Overall, this place is ok. It’s a good place to bring the kids on a day where they are driving you crazy because they need to work off some of that extra energy they have but it is too darn hot outside or raining, or whatever… :) Mine leave worn out every time — and that’s awesome. :)

Great for all ages! Yes even adults can have fun here.
More focused on kids however. It can be a little awkward jumping if you’re over the age of 13 as it is heavily supervised (rightfully so).
There are many rules in place to protect those that are jumping. Overall it’s a very safe and fmaily friendly environment. Recently put under new management whom are very friendly and good with the kids.
Overpriced snack bar and arcade games but as expected with this kind of place.

We celebrated our daughter’s 7^th bday here, back in April and when it was all said and done, I walked away hella disappointed. Now they were very accomodating when it came to scheduling (there was some back n forth in deciding upon a bday room package or a table). We were able to change our minds last minute and reserve one of the rooms, no problem. Management, specifically the lady from New Orleans. Cheryl?I think. Very nice! We received that personalized service that you would want in any business and expect, when you’re paying for a party to be «hosted». However, once her schedule ended and she even came in to say goodbye… I started to notice some things. The music? there was none. I had to request it be turned on and even then, it could barely be heard. Whats a party with no music?! They don’t set up the table. since it has designs on it, theres no need for placement of plates, cups, napkins? I did the set up. The goodie bags. Moms you know how we stress over that?! Their goodie bags are plain plastic cups. dull, forgettable. Maybe thats why the hostess didnt bother passing them out? This young lady could’ve cared less and it showed… never addressed the party, didn’t direct activities «oh we’re gonna do this now. cut cake.open presents, we’re here to celebrate such n such. lets sing happy bday!» If Dad and I had not initiated these things, they would not have been done. Yes. she wheeled in the lemonade stand and the cart with the plates n goodie bags… as she should have because we paid for it. Otherwise, she just stood, aloof with no energy or concern waiting for her to shift to end. I complained once all the guests were gone and was offered a pitiful apology by another uncaring employee/​manager and $ 15 off. Won’t be back and I’m glad we had a second activity planned.

Wow. This place is a kids dream. NOW, keep in mind I have been to 5 different trampoline parks, but this one is by far the best. There is more space for a kid to run and play and they have more jumping options… dodgeball, kiddie area (s)…they also have the amusement games. There are 6 party rooms and two restroom locations. Plenty of places for grownups to sit.

The absolute worst trampoline park around. They force you to buy their stupid «jump socks» in order to jump, then the so called «free jump» area is controlled by some stupid referee who doesn’t allow more that one person per trampoline square to bounce, you can’t jump around or bounce off the walls or really do anything but jump up and down in one spot. This place just has way too many rules to have fun, save youroney, or ask for it back like I did and go to Altitude in keller, much much better bang for your buck, this place is terrible

My fiancé and I went through a groupon and had a super fun time! It’s a workout! You can play games like dodgeball, slam dunk basketball and the hardcore foam pit! go during a time when there aren’t as many kids if you’re wanting a little more freedom. The staff was helpful, attentive and nice! they also offer fitness classes twice a week. We will def be back!

This is our first time here. At first glance it looks very clean and has a lot of room. We came on a Saturday morning and it was relatively slow.
Two of the trampoline areas were closed off, not sure if this was due to understaffing or just not enough jumpers to warrant opening. Seems like there were plenty of activities for both my four and eight year old.
The problem was there was no available jumping area for both of them together and they wanted to play together so this was a problem. Now they could have played basketball or jumped in the foam pit, but they really didn’t want to do that.
The staff at the front desk is nice but inexperienced and clueless as to why children would be upset when they are told they can’t jump together. They did tell me that we could «possibly get a refund» if we decided to leave.
There are many places in Colleyville that have areas where both of my boys can jump and play together and we will go there instead.

My son had his birthday party there, and it will be the last time we go.
When you walk into Rebounderz, it looks like a nice, clean, huge trampoline place. The party room was nice; more spacious than a lot of party rooms I’ve been in and the cubby hole for your things is actually in the room so you can feel comfortable leaving them. However, there were a number of things that were unacceptable:
1. When a guest arrives to your party, they are directed back to your party room and your hostess checks them in, gets them their grippy socks that they have to wear, and gets them their wristband. If they have not signed a waiver yet, they can do that in the room. This process would work if the hostess did not have to keep leaving to do other things. One of my guest’s children had to wait a full ten minutes for our hostess to come back before they were checked in.
2. When we walked in, my mom was put to work taking down the names of all the guests as they arrived.
3. Even though I had told them exactly how many children were coming, they did not have the correct number or sizes of grippy socks for the guests.
4. They did not have my son’s birthday t-​shirt in his size, so gave him an adult-​sized shirt.
5. Our pizza was a full 30 minutes late. While the children did get to jump more during that time, it was 7pm before it finally showed up and they were hungry and bored of jumping. The pizza is not good at all.
6. There is a Chuck-​E-​Cheese — style arcade in the middle that is there to make you spend more money. They give each child at the party 4 tokens, which sounds great, but that only gets you two games, so obviously all the children at the party are now begging grown ups for tokens. The games were broken. The ticket counter did not count the tickets properly, and the games ate the tokens.
7. The bathrooms were disgusting — the trash can was overflowing onto the floor.
8. It was understaffed. Our hostess had to make the punch herself, keep checking on the pizza, and take care of us. This added to the issue of not having someone in our room to check in guests as they arrived.
9. When we talked to management about everything, they did not apologize. They comped one pizza, but really I wanted them to listen and fix the issues.
10. Someone’s car was broken into on the side of the building. Our hostess told us never to park over there because there are no security cameras over there but there are on the other side. If cars are getting broken into over there, why would they not put in security cameras?
I think this place could be really good, but it is so incredibly busy that they need better management and organization. They have plenty of information about you before the party and have the opportunity to prepare, but unfortunately that just did not happen. Our hostess was helpful and sweet, but just had too much to do. Get the poor girl some help. Have her stay in the room all the time. Give her a walkie talkie so she can call for help when she needs it instead of keep leaving the room unattended. Get rid of the arcade if you’re not going to maintain it.
Urban air runs a much better birthday party — Rebounderz is just too big and mismanaged.

It is what it is. A lot less jumping than video arcade. A little pricey, but they all seam to be that way these days. I’m glad to see that the helmet, shoe and safety video requirements have gone away. We thought we would give it a chance. Probably go to the others in the future unless this place expands it trampoline options. If I want to play video games I’ll go to an arcade or stay home on Xbox. We want to jump!

I brought a 5 year old, 11 year old and a 14 year old on a Sunday afternoon, not packed at all. They gladly excepted my groupon. I purchased the socks (either that or they jump bare-​footed) 2.20 a pop so nothing to expensive. They have some video games in the middle to keep em busy after they’re time runs out. The guy running the kids (5 and under) area kept them busy. I liked this one and iv been to a few others. I’d bring them back.

Forgot to check-in…I was way too excited to Bounce… I won’t bore you with a long review but this place rocks… Not to expensive only thing you can’t wear your own socks I believe mostly for safety reasons you can buy a pair for $ 2 or jump bare-foot…ewwie…Concession is average but they do have Star-​Bucks only Hot coffee though :(I played Dodge-Ball…Basketball…and I got stuck in the Foam Pit more than once… lol…This is a must go for Family and Friends… The Staff is Super-​Friendly and they are always having Groupon discounts… Please stretch Parents… I’ll tell you more about it in my other review… lol :)

Came here directly after school one day with a groupon, I had to return a groupon and decided to give this one a try with the credits & they we’re running an x off kids stuff. There we’re only two other kids and skeleton crew, so the 3 kids & two moms had the run of the place. We had two jumpers for an hour, but it seemed like we got to jump for a little longer, because of the lack of customers there. Which was really nice, though about the time we left they started getting busy so I’m sure the enforcement is heavier during peak times which I’m sure it needs to be for capacity reasons.
Honestly for myself I wouldn’t «pay» for myself to go on the things again, or would only do so with the buy one get one groupon. The shoes made my feet feel funky, so I agree with other people where I wish they would just do the sock only rule that other places do. As well I would avoid the peak times, but that’s going to be hard to gage with summer being upon us.
We’ll give this place another shot, its closer than some other places we’ve been too.

My son and nephew are one week apart in age, and they wanted to have a joint birthday party here. The cost is ridiculously extreme. I backed out of the deal, but my brother decided to do it anyway for his son. They charged him $ 378 for a kids’ birthday party, for which he got a private room at the very back of the place, two tasteless pizzas, a container of equally tasteless juice which he sent right back to the kitchen, 15 bottled waters (one per child) and FOUR TOKENS per child. Yes, you read correctly. Even at Chuck E Cheese you’d get 20 – 25 tokens and the party costs a lot less!!! To add insult to injury, they didn’t bother to share with him that he could have simply reserved tables in the snack bar area for half the price and gotten a lot more for his money until he complained to management about that BS party. The website says this party is $ 199, but even with his adding 5 kids it shouldn’t have come up to $ 378. He certainly didn’t get anything extra, so I don’t know how they justified robbing him of nearly another $ 200.
On the other hand, if you’re not looking for a party setup and merely considering taking a child for the jump action, that’s a fail too. It costs $ 13 PER HOUR. No other jump zone spots in DFW charge quite so much. Jump Street and Cosmic Jump, for example, charge $ 12 for the first hour, then $ 6 each additional. Cosmic also offers $ 16 for two hours.
This place also requires you to watch a safety video and have shoes issued to you to jump in. You spend about 10 minutes doing that, depending on how long the turn-​in/​pick-​up line is for the shoes, which is also deducted from your hour of jumping. Basically the longer it takes you to get situated, the less time you have to jump. But it STILL costs $ 13, and no matter what time you got started they call your color to leave with everyone else who has that color, whether you got to jump for an hour or not. Ripoff City.
One particularly major problem I had with this place is that I could not watch my child. I absolutely love seeing him play and flip and carry on, but the way they have this place designed it’s impossible to stand out of the way and watch. Everything is covered up or too high to see over.
I guess they got rid of the helmets referenced by the first reviewer because I did not see anyone wearing those, but he’s right about all the rules and reprimands. Here, they make it against the rules to just have fun!!!

Staff was super helpful. Kids had a great time. They were worn out by they time we left. Great way to get the kids exercise. I would recommend Rebounderz to any parent that wanted to take their kids to have a great time!

I bought a Groupon from this place. I figured we would love it since my kids love trampoline parks. We usually go to the one in Southlake. This one is much closer, so I was really hoping we’d like it. I’m not that picky when it comes to kid entertainment as long as it keeps the kids entertained. There are several reasons I wouldn’t recommend Rebounderz.
My kids really hated wearing the special shoes. They were tennis shoes required to jump. No other place requires this. I heard this place used to require helmets (so unsanitary considering lice epidemic in this area) but they no longer require the helmets I guess. I also read a review about a required safety video, but that wasn’t the case when we went either.
The set-​up is odd here. All the trampolines are way off the floor and it was difficult to watch the kids play. In fact, you can’t really view the kids at all. THe floor is cement and it feels like a warehouse in there.
There didn’t seem to be enough entertainment to make it worth the money unless you wanted to spend money for tokens to play the video games. There are 2 dodge ball courts, one was closed. There is a foam pit, a basketball (with 2 hoops) trampoline area, and 1 main jumping area. My kids who can spend hours at the other trampoline place were bored after about 30 minutes. I was suprised since we usually spend hours at other trampoline places. I was happy I had used a Groupon so we hadn’t paid full price.
This place does have TVs for parents and there is a café. This place would probably be entertaining if you had a birthday party, however when we left there were 2 huge parties coming in and there isn’t enough trampoline space to entertain that many kids so we left.
They need to take out the video games and put in more trampolines in my opinion. also get rid of the special shoes.

This place had a great system going with numbers tracking how long you have been here then they decided to change to colored arm bands. A good concept but the staff cannot figure out how to use them. I paid for a two hour jump and was given a blue arm band. They called my color band at 20 minutes and at 90 minutes. During the rest of the time, they only called one other color then back to mine. These bands are different colors for every 30 minutes so I should have at least heard 3 other colors as this place was packed. Each time blue was called my kids were forced off the mats and we had to plead our case to stay. I was told that called the wrong color one time but it was never corrected over the speakers so the staff kept telling my kids to leave.
What a joke. Pay for 120 minutes get 90 minutes unless you argue with management. Try and figure it out Rebounderz. I could help for a price.
