Scrubs Etc

Unfortunately, my visit here was very poor. I am very big on customer service. This store is lacking just that. None of the 3 people working in this store on the day I visited greeted me when walking into the store. I was the only customer at the time, so I felt a bit awkward shopping in complete silence with no one acknowledging my presence. Oh well. I kept looking around. I needed help, so I walked over to one of the young girls who looked to be hanging up scrubs. I approach her and say, «Hi, can you help me?». She looks at me, then turns her head and keeps working. I could feel my face turning red. This is the only place in my area that sells scrubs. Knowing that, I walked off and picked up a set of scrubs that looked to be my size and headed straight over to the cash register. An older gentlemen checks me out, and says «Have a nice day». I wish him a nice day as well, and leave.
I have honestly never experienced such poor customer service before. If you know exactly what you’re looking for, and need no help at all, this place may not be so bad. They have tons of scrubs. If you need any sort of help or «customer service» at all, stay away!

I was hesitant to go look for scrubs from reviews but I was quickly surprised how helpful Nikki was She did everything to make sure I found the perfect scrubs. I ended up having to order my scrubs since they didn’t carry the color I needed. Free shipping when you order in the store and it took about 10 days to get them in.

I wanted to Thank Heather & her Team for great Customer service!!! This place has a HUGE assortment of scrubs & shoes to choose from! We ordered a fairly big order for our office and Heather found all the sizes & colors we needed! Great communication & service!

This place is full of scrubs, I mean FULL! We went here to get my baby girl her scrubs for Dental school, and they had everything. We had a list of what we needed, and we got it all done.
One of the workers was not «with it» but Heather came to the rescue and got us squared away.
If you are in this field, and need anything «scrubby», look no further.

will Never go back. paid $ 35 for a scurb top and tried to exchange it 3 days later. the girl at the counter picked it up and smelled it and insisted that I had washed «with the tags still on it » …anyways the manager baiscly called me a liar to my face. very very rude through the whole ordeal. will be reporting them to bbb.
