We first tried fed ex to ship some tires, when the guy realized there would be 4 of them and how heavy they were (on rims) he started making excuses why they couldn’t do it. So we called the mail room, this guy was very helpful, said it would be no problem. Got there, he unloaded them even! He stuck to the price he quoted and everything went smooth! Great guy, great customer service. We will skip fed ex next time and go right to this guy.
