I’ve been fortunate to have food delivered by Regina, the wonderful vegan chef behind this business, and I can honestly say I’ve loved everything I’ve tried. Chickpea cutlets with onion mushroom gravy and mashed potatoes, and red lentil dal with coconut spinach rice are two of my current favorites. Regina is also brilliant at creating vegan baked goods that are indistinguishable from non-​vegan — other than the fact that they’re even more delicious, and healthier. If you’ve ever wanted to explore a plant-​based diet, you should check this service out, because this will show you that vegan cuisine is much more than salad and granola!
