Verizon Wireless

Service is great and professional, I had some trouble with my phone and my carrier T mobile. Went to Verizon and Kelly was awesome. She was very friendly and knows her stuff really well. I recommend Verizon and I recommend dealing with Kelly.

They have very crappy screen protectors bough 3 all of them cracked and even cracked my phone screen. I dropped my phone a little over a foot on to the ground.

We spent quite a bit of time in this store, working with Tristan. Tristan was very patient with us and got the best deal possible for our family. Of all the Verizon stores we’ve been in since 2005, the Hurst store and Tristan gave the best customer service, by far.

This is by far the best Verizon. Ever. Be sure to work with Tristan — he is very helpful and sweet. I have never had any issues here unlike the Grapevine store. I love Verizon, and love the Hurst store!

This store is not only the closest to my house but has done the best lately at making sure the best customer service was given. Yasenea and Jason were two of the most fun and energetic sales people I have encountered at Verizon to date. My husband and I came in pretty close to close and these two worked very well together to get us our upgrade as quickly as easily as they could.
I knocked off a star because the store itself needs to have more accessories for the phones that they have in stock. It’s been hard to find a really good case that I like and I would expect a phone store to have more of a selection.

This location is conveniently located near Northeast Mall and several major highways. Easy to access from Hurst, Euless, Bedford, Richland Hills and Fort Worth.
The staff was very courteous, knowledgeable and prompt. While there were examples of all types of phones, tablet devices and a variety of accessories, it felt a tad under-​inventoried in the depth of accessories department. Having said that, the selection was better than most other stores. Matt and John also helped me find ways to economize with my current accessories limiting the financial burden of the switch.
Was moving very reluctantly from my unlimited voice and data plan on the iPhone 4 to the 5 and changing WiFi cards. Pretty stressed heading into the experience for fear of having to pay significantly more per month to cover my usage and of the «hidden costs» of the new move for accessories, setup fees and the like.
But, Matt (store manager) and John (New York-​John) patiently looked up 12 months of usage history on both of my accounts, explained the new plan options (slowly) and moved me over seamlessly. And I will be saving almost $ 75 per month and have significantly faster performance.
Appreciate very much the professionalism and courtesy of this Verizon staff!
