Audrey is amazing. My last hair experience before I came here was so bad that I waited six months to have my hair done again. Not only did she correct the damage that the last hairdresser did she made me look like my old self again! I am going back soon for a full spa day!

I received a gift certificate from my husband and overall I enjoyed my visit! I would definitely return! Why not 5 stars? It’s sparse, as far as «Day Spa’s» go, but this is more of a massage clinic even though they call it a day spa, but don’t expect the fluff & butter of a real spa(think Gaylord Relache — one of my all-time favorite local spas as a client). But also remember that you get what you pay for. The«day spa» that everyone wants & expects takes big money to establish & operate, and when clients are only paying $ 80 on average for a basic massage, that will not buy a wet room, a vichy shower, or even the expensive electric tables that we’ve all come to love if you’ve ever been on one. Okay, maybe you don’t know why electric tables are nice, or important, but as a licensed massage therapist I can tell you that electric tables are among the critical tools to help prolong the life of the massage therapist! Because the basic table with wooden legs cannot realistically be adjusted for each varying body size, it means the therapist is compensating in some way. That ultimately means the client may not be getting the best massage, but as a therapist, I promise I always gave my best, no matter what the conditions! So you have to hope, and trust, that your therapist has the same work ethic. Long story short, in spite of the lack of waterfalls, steam room, saunas, whirlpools and relaxation lounge, they DO have good therapists, who know what they’re doing & care about their practice. I received a very relaxing hot stone massage that I would gladly return for!

I went here for a 60 minute Swedish Massage. Staff was very friendly! My massage therapist was very nice, didn’t talk when the massage started and gave a very nice and relaxing massage. Two things that were missing though… a quick consultation to see if there was any areas that needed extra attention(such as lower back, neck) and no complimentary water after the massage(if they did have it-it wasn’t offered). This was the first place that didn’t advise me to drink lots of water after the massage. Already knew that, put if that isn’t something that is done and you have a massage virgin… they mind end up with a killer migraine later. Overall though… good experience and I would recommend them.

I have been going to Vivani for over three years. I’ve had several massages, pre-natal massages and Angie has cut my hair several times. I never have to wait and the entire staff is very nice.

My husband has treated me twice to day-long pampering at Vivani. Once was because I was majorly stressed out and the second was an anniversary gift. The ladies there are incredibly nice, thoughtful, and professional. Angela even called me to make sure all was okay after my recent facial! I wish I could give Vivani Day Spa a full five stars, though. I really want to, but twice the polish on my pedicures has bubbled up. I think the polish was old or something, so I’ve had to re-do the polish at home. However, following my body scrubs, wraps, manis and pedis, my skin feels sinfully soft! Bubbling polish or not, this is my «go to» place for indulgence!
