I have used these movers twice now and they made the experience very pleasant. From the sweet girl at the office that coordinates everything to the movers that arrive when they say they will be there, I could not have asked for a better experience. They are very professional, take care when moving items, and work very quickly! I highly recommend them!

A very frustrating experience. Make sure you request a crew of «central Texas firefighters» as they claim on their website. I was sent a crew of young, disorganized college students. They moved at a slow to moderate pace, at best. One of the crew members was busy texting and slacking. There did not seem to be a boss of this group and it took them forever. I ran over budget and cut the move short when they finally arrived at my house. Most boxes were left in the garage and the furniture unassembled. A «discussion» with the owner afterward left me even more angry than after the move. They did not deliver what was promised on their website, which I would call false advertising.

I used Accurate Firefighter Movers in May of 2012, and they were phenomenal. They were on time, professional, hard working, and very personable. Moving is not fun but these guys had a great sense of humor despite the heat and apartment to apartment move up stairs.
They took great care of my bulky antique bedroom furniture and were great about wrapping my stuff and packing their truck well, so that nothing was damaged.
I would HIGHLY recommend AFM for your next move. They are competitively priced and their experience, personalities, customer service, and included equipment makes them a no brainer!

On time. Friendly. Fast. Professional. I was quoted a 5 hour move with 3 guys, but there we able to get it done in about 3.5 and was only charged for the time used. They guys were friendly and took extra care of my belongings as if it were their own. Great sense of humor made the whole move quick and easy. When we arrived at my new place the guys were actually RUNNING back to the truck after they dropped off a load. Highly recommend this group for your next move!
