We are in Alaska, far away from support and training. after much research, we bought a BurnTables 4×4 horizontal machine to go with our existing hypertherm65 at year end. We could not be happier. It was easy to set up, any questions were handled quickly and professionally by their staff. Ongoing operator training has all been handled immediately whenever I call, by email and phone response. We thought the torch height control was hard to set up initially, then we determined the machine needed a better ground, now with our table properly grounded, it is easy to adjust and works flawlessly. We cut everything from 10ga to 1″ steel on this table daily in our fab shop. It has quickly become indispensable. The precision and repeatability is fantastic for a plasma table. If you have questions about this, call us at Brown’s Services in Anchorage Alaska and we would be happy to talk to you as a real user of this machine in a fab shop environment, or if you are in Anchorage, stop by. Thanks again to BurnTables for a quality product and great support.

I do not know what the other two reviews are about, I have had my burntable for two years now, and I love it! I have had no problems and when I do have a question they are there, by email or phone, and what better to talk to the person that designed the table, but wrote the soft ware. And if you like go to YouTube search Doug green CNC plasma table, and see what I have made and tell it does not cut good. Feel free to get my number from burntables and give me a call. I’ve had my BurnTables Vertical CNC Plasma table for over a year now and I cannot imagine building my hot rods, motorcycles or race cars without it! It’s also great for making personal gifts for friends and family. When I have a CAD question BurnTables has always been there to help. The only limiting factor with the BurnTables product is my own imagination. If you are truly willing to learn the software and the product then the sky is the limit! Give these guys a call and I’m sure they will be as helpful to you as they have been for me.

Please do not make the $ 20k mistake that we made, run away from this company. Their product was the«economical CNC» that had the ability to keep up with the big boys. We have owned ours for months and still cannot cut a straight line. When their technician came out to see what was wrong, he took a sample cut back to «analyze». We received an email that said that it was our fault and that we had not squared the machine properly … even though their own technician squared our table WITHUS! There is not a quality part on this machine other than the Hypertherm Plasma that we bought along side. The bearings are installed wrong upon inspection from a third party mechanical engineer, the torch mount is a 3d printed piece of garbage that needs to be replaced every few weeks of use. When I brought this up, they told me it was a good idea to go ahead and buy a 3d printer to make our own mounts. What?!? I will openly say that they have offered to come«fix» what they can with the machine, our concerns being that we have no desire to put a bandaid on a machine that was poorly built and is likely to breakdown again in the near future … likely on the 366th day of ownership when the limited warranty has run out. EDIT(2÷15÷15): So we have come to resolution with BurnTables. Upon trying to schedule their lead engineer to come out to our shop, they decided to offer us a refund of 85% of our investment. Ironically this is 5% less than their original offer that they backed out on last September. But in an attempt to put this beyond us, we accepted, took the few thousand dollar loss and purchased a new table. Granted we spent almost $ 10k more on the new table we purchased than the original BurnTable product, but as always you get what you pay for … in this case we paid tuition to the tune of 15%. Best of luck to everyone looking to buy a plasma CNC!
