Greengo’s

Huge fan of Greengo’s! We have then out regularly at our brewery, Adelbert’s Brewery, and they are always awesome!
First, their food is fresh and delicious! They specialize in dished using hatch green chilis and OMG are they good. I always love the sliders (chicken is my fav but beef is a close second) and their tortilla soup. Both have a nice heat that is mild at first then slowly grows. It’s that kinds of heat where you just want to keep eating more and more then when you’re done your lips are nice and warm!
Second, their pricing is great. Good portions for the price. Our patrons love the price point.
Third, they are friendly and reliable! Love having them out and will continue to do so!

Wow, wow and wow. I have become somewhat disenchanted with the food trailer scene. The pricing often seems on par with a restaurant that has napkins, tables, chairs, and facilities and wait staff. There are a few that I really love but for the most part I am cautiously optimistic and I keep trying. Trailer Park Tuesdays are a good way to get a taste.
Then I go to a trailer like Greengos (Trailer Park Tuesday) and the food is so amazing I don’t care that I can’t find a place to sit or that I have to wait in another line to get a drink. I have to talk myself out of waiting in line again to get some more of their yummy, not low cal food.
Fresh, fresh, fresh. I had the hatch chili sliders. Meat was good quality, well cooked, with hatch chili/​onion mayo and cheese on a Hawaiian roll.
In my future I see a 45 minute drive for those hatch chili sliders.

Okay… need to update my last review.
If you don’t try their chili you should walk off a steep cliff blindfolded. If you don’t like their chili you need to stop breathing.
This ain’t yo momma’s chili. This is chopped brisket with a savory Texas red combined with… wait for it… green chile’s.

The customer service is top notch! The food is outstanding! So why am I giving them only 4 stars? Because they aren’t open 7 days a week that’s why! I’d give them 4.99 999 999 999 999 stars based on the food and service alone.

The breakfast tacos are pretty good, reasonably priced, and the guys who work here are really cool!

It’s about time Pflugerville got some new and exciting eateries. Greengo’s food is ridiculously delicious. Where else can you get chorizo on a breakfast taco that is packed with flavor and doesn’t have grease dripping all over the place? These guys make their own chorizo. Speaking of chorizo, the chorizo slider is to die for. I have tried just about everything on the menu and there is not one thing on there that is disappointing. Everything is packed with flavor. Here is my quick list of everything that I’ve had at this trailer… in no particular order. Any single one of these is a great reason for you to leave your normal food spot behind and go try out this food. Basic slider, chorizo slider, hatch slider (chicken and beef), breakfast tacos (everything is fab but try the hatch mix on one) chili dogs, biscuits and gravy, banana french toast, tortilla soup, chili, green chile apple pies. I guess now that I think about it, I’ve eaten here a LOT.
