Giving 2 stars because Mike was so friendly on the phone and accommodating. We moved into new house and needed carpet cleaned fast prior to move in. He called and let me know he would have someone else out to get job done ahead of schedule because he was running late. Gentleman who did our carpet was very friendly, but the carpet was absolutely soaked for more than 24 hours. It took nearly two days for carpet to completely dry! We moved in during that time and the result was carpet worse off than before the cleaning. I also am not a fan of extra charging (pet stains $ 27) in additional to groupon/livingsocial deals.

I don’t ever write reviews, so this will be my first on Unilocal.We just had our carpets cleaned by Mike at Prestige. Mike was really good at calling me back to set up a time and responded to my emails really quickly. He called again when they were on their way — spot on with the time he told me to expect them. He’s super nice and asked me to double check as he finished each area to make sure I was satisfied. He even told me that we have really good carpet and explained why and how our type of carpet is better and easier to clean. Our carpet looks great — back to fluffy and clean. He gave me a quote for our tile and grout and it was totally reasonable too! I’m very impressed with everything from his service level to quality of work. We will definitely be calling them in the future.
