I used Royal Cakes twice. Once for my youngest daughters birthday and the cake came out fantastic. I was very happy with the service and felt I would be using them again in the future. The next time I used them I ordered 48 cupcakes for my oldest daughters birthday party. I don’t know what happen, but the order was nothing like requested or paid for, and I think she actually might of forgot that she had an order with me. She ended up delivering an order that was supposed to be done by 3pm at 10pm at night. :(I was very disappointed and I don’t think I will be using her again. If you cannot be dependable or atleast apologize for the mistake, then I can find someone else.

While I have never actually ordered a cake from this company, I have used the party services. My son wanted a moonwalk for his birthday two years in a row and both times we rented the moonwalk from Royal Cakes. They offered reasonable rental rates that included tables and chairs. They were very professional when they came to set up and take it down. The only downfall is they can be difficult to get in touch with sometimes. I had to call a couple of times and leave voicemails before actually getting to talk to someone. Overall a nice family owned local business.
