T-Mobile has owed me $ 54.90 for nearly 3 years. I overpaid on a Flexpay plan a long time ago and after spending hours on the phone and being assured that«a check is in the mail» on numerous occasions, I figured going into a brick and mortar store with a copy of my bill(they send them to me every month showing that they owe me money) might get me some results. I would have just chalked it up to me kissing some cash goodbye a long time ago were it not for the fact that for all this time now they’ve been sending me a monthly«bill» showing what they owe me. So, I went to the store in Hyannis and one of the guys who worked there was immediately dismissive regarding my situation. While I understand that I’m not a present customer, it is still his company and his employer. Without my asking, he condescendingly stated, «Hey, I’m not going to cut you a check from here.» His tone was rude, as was his complete and immediate lack of cooperation. I’m not one of those people who goes into a situation like this with an attitude, I’m polite and respectful. He couldn’t have cared less. I’ve worked in retail and in the service industry in some very respectable establishments and this type of tone and lack of assistance would never be tolerated, but I know the phone industry well enough to know that these guys are all just working there temporarily and trying to put up some numbers to get them to the next place they’ll sell something. Will I ever see my $ 54.90? Not likely. I’ve had Verizon service, AT&T and T-Mobile. While none of them would ever be considered warm and fuzzy(I’m not naïve enough to think that a huge telecommunications company ever would be,) from the service I received from my wasted hours on the phone, and then this lame guy at their Hyannis location, it’s very easy for me to state that T-Mobile is by far the worst of the bunch.

I am giving this T-mobile place 4 stats because of the fact the gentleman who I know was knew to the company told me my bill would be one price and it ended up being another which is okay because the same night I changed my plan I called T-mobile to varify my plan. Ok so basically I got a new blackberry and thought it would only be $ 10 to add the interenet to my even more plus plan which is you have any other phone company t-mobile is the company to go with their customer service is outstanding! Well it ended up being like $ 20 more for the blackberry plan which I should of known because I only own blackberries but I thought it was a deal. But otherwise the gentleman was very helpful, friendly and informative, for a new worker he did okay. If you want to know more about t-mobile’s wonderful plans go to their website trust me you will not be disappointed. Not to mention they give you 2wks after your due date to pay your bill.
