The customer service here was horrible. I’ve had three units with them for a while now, the first one being 2 years ago. They continuously try to increase your rent $ 12−20/month. Also we had 3 storage units with them and when we moved our stuff out and into one of their bigger ones, spending more money a month, they refused to give us a prorated rate on the almost $ 200/month storage unit that we cleared or stuff out of. Also when they promised to have their district manager call us back we never received a call. We will be moving our stuff out of the last unit we have with them shortly as they clearly don’t value their paying customers and will be happy to go to their competition. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

I decided to rent from CubeSmart after going there a year ago and seeing how clean it was. This time just the same, the price was good, so I rented a 15 by 15 and will rent more a I need them
