Domino’s Pizza

I ordered two Philly Subs on line, and when it arrived, there was NO meat on one of the subs, when we called to complain, the Assistant Manager and two of her employees, were VERY rude to us, and accused us of ordering a sandwich without meat, OMG, who in their right mind would order a sandwich without meat, and we even told them that we were looking at our order that we submitted, and it did not state «NO MEAT», they accused us of lying, no apologized, nothing, they even put us on hold for 15mins, and came back to the phone, and acted like they had no idea what we were talking about. I have never received such poor service in my life, where is the customer service here. The sad part is that we have ordered so much food from them in the past. This will not happen again, I plan to contact the corporate office about this. I am not the type of person that like to complain, and I always give people the benefit of doubt, because I realize everyone has a bad day sometimes, but the way we were spoken to, is unacceptable. Also the manager hung the phone up on us after we asked for names.

Can you give a place a zero? Maybe even go negative? This domino’s is like a deadbeat father. You keep giving him chances, but he just can’t get it right. Your job is to make and deliver hot pizza/​food. Well thats the issue right there! I live only 5 maybe 7 minutes away and my food is never hot! I order it only because my kids like pizza, and i like to not go get it. Otherwise I’d go down the hill to pizza oven on riverdale road. The last and final time i ordered pizza it took over an hour to get to my house. I could live with that though, if the pizza didn’t look like it had survived a car crash (check out the pictures). There is no way the driver didn’t know, and if he didn’t he’s a idiot, but he got his tip so he was good. I called for a redelivery, and that starts the whole process over for me. When the driver arrives he’s cool, but he’s lingering. Like really lingering for a tip of some sort. Had i not already tipped the first driver WELL. Maybe i would have considered, but i was upset already, and why the hell should i tip twice for service that didn’t deserve the first tip i gave? The second pizzas that got delivered looked 100 times better then the initial delivery. I could even see that they had left ingredients off the first order anyways so im glad they crashed it. Wanna pay for subpar service and not so good pizza go here. Some times im lazy, but don’t play with my money if im paying for your service. This place should relocate to the dumpsters behind the building, because they’re service/​foods are trash.
