I found this company to be exceedingly unprofessional.
I had an my first cleaning scheduled this afternoon. Three hours before they were supposed to arrive, I received a voice mail asking if they could move the time up because of cancellations. When I spoke with the cleaning crew two hours before the appointment, I was told they were outside my apartment and, if I wasn’t available immediately, they weren’t going to «sit around and wait» until the time we had scheduled.
Unable to reschedule at a time that worked for me, they essentially blew off my appointment without apology or any recognition of the inconvenience they had caused me.

OK so I’m updating this review to 5 stars as this place just gets it and does a great job.
Everlasting Property Maintenance is all about the customer and has become my regular cleaning company. Their owner is a real nice guy and very easy to deal with. The people they send over are nice and friendly and do exactly what my wife asks of them. They know customer service and go above and beyond for the customer.
Anyone looking for a cleaning company in the DC area with fair prices and excellent customer service? This one is for you!
