Eyebrow Designer 21- Threading

If I could give them zero stars, I would. They take your suggestions and directions about how you want your eyebrows and then they throw them out of the window as soon as they start.
Because I live so close, I’ve gone a few times. On my birthday one of them royally fucked my eyebrows up and had no remorse or sense of customer service. «They look perfect!» Was all she continued to say, but I didn’t blame her. I just sat all willy nilly in her chair and let her go to work.
Now today, a few minutes ago, I gave the chick specific directions because it took me three months to grow my eyebrows back after being fucked up by her coworker. I told her I liked the shape and knew they weren’t too symmetrical, but to just clean them up. Literally. Only clean them up.
Instead, she makes one eyebrow WAY thinner than the other. Moral of the story, everyone that works there needs to be slapped. Save your money and your eyebrows by going somewhere else. Seriously.

One of the worst eyebrow experiences I’ve had to date. I go to school at University of Maryland and was excited to find a place that threads eyebrows nearby. Unfortunately the work that they do is sub par and definitely not worth the interaction with the women that work at the booth. My first time I waited for almost twenty minutes until one of the threaders appeared. She rushed me to my seat and honestly seemed to rush through the whole process. I was not happy with my eyebrows but i decided to give it another try.
The second time I had waited for ten minutes before one of the women finally appeared. I was in the process to sit when another shopper/​customer appeared and insisted that I leave my spot because she was «too busy to wait». The nerve! What was more surprising was that the women who worked at Eyebrow Designer 21 agreed! She then proceeded (in a manner that was intended to belittle me) to tell me to wait as she motioned to the other women to sit in my seat. I’ve never met such terrible customer service. That hit the last nail on the coffin for this venue. I will never be going there again.

I was so excited when this mini boutique was added to my local mall… But let me be the first to say what a waste of time and money this service is. I had a couple bad experiences at this boutique before feeling compelled to give them a negative review, so please note that this is not out of impulse. The main person that works this booth, is always on her phone or texting. When you approach, she appears irritated as though you are interrupting or annoying her.
One evening, I came into the mall to have my brows threaded and the girl was sitting down, leaning back in the chair, on her phone. I said «Excuse me miss can you fit me in?» Her reply was «No, I’m closed». I said «The mall isn’t closed until 9 p.m.» and she said «I know, but I close 15 minutes early». The problem was it was only 8:30 p.m., but before I got into a senseless argument with this child I said ok and went on my way.
The subsequent 2 times after I went and the same girl would be there but when I asked for help she would point at the second associate, barely ever acknowledging me, or even so much as parting her lips to speak… She’d just point. Fair enough, I didn’t want her touching me anyway. I never saw her wash her hands or use sanitizer after handling her phone, but the other girl wore gloves which I would watch her change after each customer. The other girl would show me a few pictures of possible arches and I would always tell her just clean it up, but it was nice that she would give me options.
The last time I went, the normal nasty attitude young lady was there alone, but I really needed my brows done, so I kindly asked if she could do them. Once again I was received with much attitude but she agreed. It seemed no sooner than I had sat down, she was done. It took a matter of seconds. She didn’t seem to care what I wanted or how she did it. In search of purer words, she jacked me up. This was by far the worst my eyebrows have looked, ever. They were not even or straight. It was horrible. I don’t even know if she was that bad at it or if she had done it on purpose. Ugh… I’m still recovering as they have not grown in completely yet. At the end of the day, they just lost my business and the business of every person I can tell not to go there. Please save your money and spend it somewhere where the person cares what you look like.
