My 86 year old mother chose this place to have her gold wedding ring(with engagement ring welded together) which was too big and already had a ring guard in it from years ago plus another beautiful gold birthstone ring sized down to fit her smaller fingers. I went with her to pick up the rings and was surprised to see the small, almost sleazy-looking shop. I would never had gone in the shop myself. The necklaces in the cases looked used. Before we went there, I told my mother that since they were cutting out some gold from both rings that they should give it to her. She inquired about it, and the owner said that he had to make one ring a half size bigger than the other so there wasn’t any gold to give her. That was bologna. Between the ring guard and the pieces cut out, there should have been close to a $ 100 worth of gold that should have been given to my mother. I didn’t argue because Mom was tired and wanted to leave. So, I thought I would do a review on the place.
