Lauren continues to do an amazing job on my hair. I love the products she uses and the speed of service. I can always get in and out and my hair looks amazing!

I would give zero stars for this unprofessional, basement salon. I made an appointment, twice here. And for both times, I was kept waiting LONG before I was even seen or acknowledged with absolute no knowledge of who would be doing my hair. This happened to my sister as well. I should have cut them off after that but I gave them the benefit of the doubt on being better for next time. WRONG!!! I had LJ the first time and thought she did «OK» when she finally got around to doing my hair. I scheduled, made an appointment with the owner online over the phone to come in with LJ so she could do my hair again because I didn’t have her number and I wanted to be consistent with her as my stylist and not have so many hands in my hair, you know? My appointment was for 10:00am but here is the issue, why did I find out close to 10:30 — 10:40am LJ wouldn’t be coming? The owner talked with her, I talked with her after finding her number and the owner tried scrambling to get other stylists to come in for a later time in the evening like 7:30pm. That’s way too late compared to 10:00am and I wasn’t going to come back for then… I have other things to do. You think I wanted to stay any longer to get any kind of service done? NO! That’s too much to get my hair done here, ever again, from the constant miscommunication, long waits WITH appointments set, to no show ups. So even when you schedule an appointment, hear nothing from the stylist you booked with and the owner is the one who helped book the appointment, you’re still in the dark and no one is coming to do your hair? That’s bad business. Period. If you want consistency and your hair done the time you schedule and arrive for your appointment, DON’T COME HERE!!!
