Horrible service. Ordered a dozen sandwiches for pickup, they messed up the order. Forgot a sandwich, messed up instructions on others, put the wrong name on others. Called the manager and was told there was nothing they could do to fix the order. $ 90 later and a few of us have no lunch and no recourse. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here!

Great customer service… Accidentally ordered sub with mayo (which I hate) I told them and was willing to pay for a second but they insisted on making me another free of charge two thumbs up!

Italian sub is awesome. The service is fast. The restaurant is clean. And they also deliver for those lazy days. Love that they toast their bread too.

I’m so happy to have found a local Jimmy Johns! I haven’t had a sub from there since undergrad… they definitely got me through my late night studies. I’m happy to have had a great experience at this location. I was a little apprehensive since it was just two workers inside but I was greeted with enthusiasm and attentivenes. The manager on duty was very friendly and he made great suggestions for me to try. I ended up trying something new and not my favorite sandwich, the turkey tom, heavy on the onions and I was pleasantly surprised. It had the fresh taste that I remembered and the kettle like chips were good too. Kudos to the manager, it seemed like there was a disgruntled customer that came in, but the manager handled it smoothly and professionaly… clearly they have a passion for representing the company in it’s best light, they seemed to enjoy their job which is refreshing to say the least. I will definitely be coming back, hopefully the same staff (Steve & Ashley) will be there, they made the experience worthwhile.

Can’t sing these guys’ praises enough — as a personal customer their delivery service is crazy-​fast and customer service is excellent. As a catering customer, the catering manager is AHmazing! We have a lot of meetings at our office and JJ’s is our go-​to place, they always take care of us and are so pleasant to work with, A+ service!

I generally like JJ, but this location always misses the mark. They routinely do not get orders correct. I just ordered a vito with hot peppers. Not only did they forget the peppers, but they also put mayo and oil on the sandwich and no vinegar. They couldn’t even get the standard order right.

Horrible service! I live nearby, so I’ve been in there often. Some of the workers are friendly and helpful, while others can be flat-​out rude — you never know what you’re going to get. I literally just left this place less than 30 minutes ago. I ran in to purchase two cookies and there was no one behind the counter. I look to my left to find two employees sitting at a table and failed to greet me. Instead, I was the first to speak and I had to tell them that I wanted to buy something. Both employees argued over who would handle the order and finally a young lady helped me. She told me, «she was off of the clock and the other gentleman should’ve been the one to assist me.» The whole time I’m paying for the cookies he’s giving her the evil eye and making smart comments towards her. Although this place is next door, I will never step foot in this establishment again. Professionalism and kindness go a long way in business. Even if your hoagie sandwiches are just mediocre, I’ll come back if the staff is friendly. This Jimmy Johns location should work on their hiring process. If I’m not mistaken the same gentlemen did something similar two weeks ago. If you can’t greet your customers as they enter, then you suck and you don’t want repeat customers. Plain and simple. If you’re hard-​pressed for Jimmy Johns or cheap & quick food, visit the one in College Park or just go to Franklins down the street.

When I’m starving and can’t leave my office I know who to call… I swear my sandwich comes in less than 15 min after i order it!!!

Can we give 0 stars please? Rude service, sub par food. Server left in middle of our order so we had to start all over, then were treated very badly.
JJ, please hire much more customer service oriented staff! Cannot believe that they gave us so much trouble about adding condiments directly to a bunch of sandwiches, giving us napkins and putting a large order in bags that can be used to carry them. Will go to potbelly or somewhere else entirely next time.

Called, gave the guy my address, took my order, payed with my credit card and 15 minutes later received a callback saying they dont deliver 8 minutes away. Thanks.

Place is always empty. As it is right next door to the packed chipotle. But that means fast service. I usually get my big subs within 2 minutes or less after order and the place is pretty clean compared to other sub joints. If you need a quick place to get a quick meal and want to avoid the long lines at chipotle then this is the place to be but they do close early. I have walked in when it was 10 mins before closing and they kicked me out because they were closed early. I was mad at first but realized they don’t get much foot traffic in the first place so can’t blame them for closing early.

I ordered for the second time ever the Bootlegger sandwich but this time, instead of getting it delivered I went in person with a few other staff from my job. First, there is absolutely no order or organization from the cashier where you place the order, to the sandwich maker and the location where they place the sandwiches for the customer pick up. We ordered about 7 sandwiches and waited for them to be prepared. In the meantime, 3 other people came in and placed their order, grabbed them and left– yet we were still waiting. I finally got my sandwich and the order was incorrect– 10 minutes later, as was the order of one of my colleagues. As a matter of fact, one of her orders was picked up and eaten by another customer who came in after us and another sandwich had to be made. I communicated that my order was incorrect and one of the staff rudely spoke to another JJ staff member about me, saying that I had not placed the order in the manner that I was asking for it. I again communicated what I wanted and the young lady got loud and disrespectful– so– me being me, I raised my voice and reminded her that I had paid for a meal and I wanted it the way that I asked for it. She proceeded to want to argue with me and tells me to communicate with the General Manager, who was standing there the entire time and did not say an absolute word. What kind of establishment is that? How can the General Manager allow a staff member to disrespect and speak rudely to a paying customer? I was so angry as were the rest of my staff with the disrespect that we vowed to never spend our money there again. I can’t believe that this type of behavior is allowable at Jimmy Johns. If I could give them a 0 I would. What a shame, because I just tried them for the first time last week and thought that they made a decent sandwich. Oh well.

How are they a mile literally one mile away and they don’t deliver here seriously! What is the distance half a mile you can walk that. They need to fix this asap!

I love them! My salon staff always order from there and they deliver so fast! And the sandwiches are always fresh and how we ordered them! So convenient and right on time ;)

Great service. The staff are friendly and make sandwiches swiftly. The place is always spotlessly clean, a rarity these days, particularly in chain establishments. I have never had to wait in line here. If you are looking to wait in line, there is always one next door at Chipotle.
My favorite part of JJ is the super fresh ingredients and bread. People ask why it is so much better than Subway, well taste it and you will understand… Fresh and chemical free.
This location has both indoor and outdoor seating.

Decided to go to Jimmy John’s for the first yesterday and ordered the Italian cold cut, although the guy did make my sub with 3 – 4 mins. It was nothing to write home about. I really think that Jerry’s Subs are much better.

Fastest sandwich i have ever had. Delicous too.
Walked in, ordered a #9(italian cold cut) with no mayo. Pulled a $ 20 out of my wallet and gave it to the cashier. As he was giving me my change they also plopped the sandwich in my hand. I didnt know if it was a joke or what, it was that fast.
Got back to my office and dug in. Bread = best thing ever. Subway, Quiznos and Firehouse subs needs to figure out how they make this bread, its that good. Fresh meats, cheese, lettuce and tomato with a little bit of onion. The best part of it all? They listened to my request for light on the onion and NO mayo. Other sandwich places cannot figure this out. They got it right on the first try.
Perfect sandwich. Will be coming back again.

I have eaten here several times. As I am writing this I am eating a turkey tom sandwich. The staff is great and very friendly. So I have no idea what that other person is talking about. Not too many places were u get a combo for under $ 8.00 that fills u up. This is my first review on Unilocal.Hope it helps.
