I’ve always loved the cookies here, but my visit today was not so pleasant. As my girlfriend and I were placing an order, the workers were talking about us in Spanish directly across the counter. Like, looking in my eyes and laughing at us. I assume people don’t automatically expect people of other races to be bilingual but the level of disrespect was off the charts. Long story short, I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

What a great find. Not necessarily the best cookies I’ve ever had, but for the area, excellent. They have about 10 cookie choices, nothing too exotic — the standards like chocolate chip, heath bar crunch, white chocolate macadamia nut, M&M, snickerdoodle — but also butter crunch and coconut walnut. The latter two were excellent, as well as the big chocolate chip cookie (as opposed to their small version). Cookies are sold by weight, currently at $ 2.50 per ¼ lb., $ 5.00 per ½ lb., and so on. To give you an idea, I was able to buy four big cookies and two small cookies for $ 7.60 before tax ($ 8.05 total), working out to about $ 1.50/cookie + tax.
Big thanks to the first reviewer for helping locate the kiosk. I took a couple of pictures to make it even easier to find. It is located in a center kiosk directly between the stores DTLR and Gussini, which are about a half-​dozen stores down the hall from Target once you’re inside the mall.
Overall, a very good choice for the area. Enjoy

Fresh, delicious, soft cookies! These cookies are located at a kiosk inside The Mall at PG close to the end where Target is. I happened to buy some while waiting for my husband and was pleasantly surprised. I bought some sugar, oatmeal raisin, chocolate chip, coconut pecan, and peanut butter. They were all delicious! Will be returning to buy more cookies!
