Maryland Vehicle Emissions Testing Station

If you’re like me, you absolutely DREAD having to go to anywhere having to do with any transportation department. These places typically have a reputation for being slow and inefficient. So when I realized I needed to go to the MD Vehicle Emissions Testing Station, I wasn’t a happy camper. I just knew that this was going to take at least a couple hours out of my already over booked day. But, being that if I didn’t get this done, I’d be stuck with a ticket, I decided to go ahead and bite the bullet.
I had initially planned to be the first one in line when I went, but the day I planned to go I had a couple of meetings that went over, an unexpected, but necessary phone call, and by the time I looked up, it was around lunch time. ‘Dang… Now I’m really gonna be stuck there all day I thought…’ But a girls gotta do what a girl’s gotta do. I made the drive to the station, and guess what… They had me in and out in less than 15 minutes! Unlike how many Walmart’s have 50 lanes but only 2 of them open with 8 million folks in line, the MD Emissions Testing Station had at least 8 or more lanes, and many of them were actually open. WHHHHHAAAAATTT… I was pleasantly SHOCKED!
So if you’ve been needing to make the «dreaded» trip here, don’t delay! From my experience, you’ll be in-​and-​out before you know it!
