Metropolis Condominium Management

I have been waiting for approximately one (1) month to have the cracks in my patio repaired («located in the «common area»). I have sent numerous emails and calls to Calvin, Ben Colbert, Michelle Roberts and the «site manager». I am continuing to wait to hear from someone, in charge.

If I could give this company a minus score I would. I have been living in a condo in Fairfax City for almost 3 years & decided to sell this winter. Mind you I have never been late with my condo fee & usually pay 3 months in advance. I have never made any request from the company until this year. On 3÷16÷16 I started a series of calls & emails to them. All I needed was a letter on their letterhead noting that I was not responsible for any repairs for the outside of the building. Well it is now 4÷6÷16 & I have received a partial letter. I have always been patient, polite & professional. My patience is running thin because I don’t see why it is taking so long for something that should take 3 business days at the most. If you type in the company name there is a list of complaints for years. Towards the end there is a note from the owner providing an email for complaints that I guess he will personally address. If I don’t get the letter by tomorrow, I will have no choice but to write to him. Not sure why they were chosen two years ago to represent our condos. I’m just glad I’m moving. Now if I could only get that letter.
