Subway

This one of my favorite Subway’s in the entire world! Now let me get this straight. It’s not in the more eye appealing place in the world. You don’t see stars coming and going. What set this place apart from the rest is the customer service. They make you feel right at home. They get you in and out quickly. It is a family run business so you get to know the people making your sandwiches so they become very personable with you. All in all the food is good here and worth stopping to grab a quick sandwich.

Used to go here several times a month. The food good enough for us to go back when we were in the mood for a sub. The main reason we used this place was that it was close to work, not because of it’s service neither did we go there for their ability to get the order right. They were pretty quick at getting the subs made.
I don’t think of myself as having a great palate of taste, I am rather average on my expectations of food service and taste. After all this is a subway sub shop.
The most frustrating thing about the experience was that they almost always got the details wrong! It became a running joke at the lab to see what you would actually get put on your sub. The main ingredients were correct but the condiments, type of cheese, pickles… that you requested were usually wrong. The funny part is that we would stand right in front of them and specifically ask for something and they would would grab the wrong thing and start to put it on and then have to remove it. It was almost funny. I do not know if it was a language problem or a service issue but it was always an adventure ordering here.
The people were nice enough, always a smile and listened when you told them the correction. The place was clean and the food was average. The service was hilarious as long as you had a good attitude about it.
