This was my first visit here and I decided to visit-thinking I’d avoid the crowd at my regular nail shop(at PG plaza). I made the very incorrect assumption that the prices would be cheaper since the shop was not located in the mall. The price was almost 25% more than what I’ve normally paid and it was for what I would consider very average service. I paid $ 31 dollars for a Gel Fill vs. the $ 25 I normally pay for a Gel Fill. Their sign notes that a gel fill is $ 23. When I brought that to their attention, the tech clarified that the price was for a clear gel overlay(hmm)…as a result, I likely will not be going back.

This place is horrendous. I got a full set done and the nail were crooked, she got glue everywhere and nearly got our finger stuck together, the french tips were completely crooked and there were nothing but bubbles. I kept telling her she needed to redo them but she didn’t understand what I was saying after waiting nearly 45 minutes I was just annoyed at this point. When I went to leave the owner tried to charge me $ 58. Are you kidding me?! I wouldn’t even pay that much for a decent full set not to mention this crap. I argued with him but he wouldn’t discount it at all. I couldn’t believe it, I thought about walking out. I wouldn’t step foot in that parking lot again let alone get my nails done there. They rush and dont properly sanitize their equipment. Got a toenail fungus which most likely started 2 weeks prior to last visit. The tech saw the FUNGUS on the last visit after removing my polish and pedicuring my feet yet she did not bring it to my attention until I inquired about why my nail looked damaged as she covered them in polish. She wasnt goting to inform me she was litterally covering it up. They will be reported.
