Dunkin’ Donuts

I live right around the corner from this DD but there are DDs everywhere and I’ve tried A LOT of them. I get the same thing every time I go to DDs: the same breakfast sandwich, hash browns, and an iced tea. Because I get the same thing every time it’s easy to know when a place does it right, and when they don’t. I get sad when I go to other DDs and it’s not quite as good as this one.
This place is so consistently great as DDs go: the hash browns are always hot and crispy, the bagel on my sandwich is always warm and toasted just the right amount, the bacon is evenly distributed on the sandwich not all on one side or the other. They always give me extra lemon with my iced tea and they always give all the proper condiments and paper goods that I need to consume my meal. The staff always gets my order right. They never sweeten my tea which a lot of other places accidentally do. I think everyone here is doing a great job.

store is extremely slow when taking orders/​acknowledging recent customers who had just walked in and/​or is in line.
staffs seem very lazy and very unprofessional;
i understand that this is quite immodest to say, but we all strive in a capitalistic society. in retail, you kinda have to put on a «professional face» and serve your customers «professionally.»
there are tons of qualified, genuinely nice and professional people who could take the place of the staff at this particular DD chain.
