We had the best experience. The salon is cute and clean. The owner, Tiffany, was welcoming and so nice. We were walk-ins and had to wait but we had a bite to eat across the street and she called us when she was ready. The service was great. Definitely going back.

The décor and the seemingly non-hectic environment caught my attention. I was looking for a new and local nail salon for my daughter and I to start a tradition of biweekly mani/pedis and thought this place fit the bill perfectly. We came here on a Saturday afternoon just before 4pm and it was empty, as it usually is the many occasions I’ve passed by and peeked in on my way home from work. Upon entering, we were greeted nicely and I proceeded to ask the price of a mani/pedi. The price I was given was of course more than what other nail salons nearby charge, but that wasn’t a concern of mine since this salon is local, not crowded and more of a boutique. When I asked if I could get two mani/pedis, I was taken back by the response; «uh nope, we have two four o’clock appointments coming in». While I can understand that appointments may have been made, I took offense to the response because it’s not a typical response you expect to hear from a business you’re trying to patronize. A simple, «sorry, we have appointments coming in at four, but you’re welcome to come back in an hour or so or wait to see if the appointments show or not» would have been sufficient. Not those exact words, but something to that extent; but no alternative was offered, nor tactfulness used in my opinion. I was immediately turned off at this point and responded by stating«oh, you have to make an appointment?» while simultaneously reaching for the door knob to leave with my daughter. The response I got was«well, no you don’t HAVE to make an appointment…», but by this time my interest was gone and I did not want to stay to hear anymore. I’ve since heard from a family member who has been serviced here and had nothing but good things to say. We were both perplexed as to why I had the experience I did, which apparently is not typical of this business. I will admit that I am a stickler for good customer service and I do not feel I received that here. Needless to say, I will not be returning. Which is disappointing to me for many reasons.

The name and appearance of this place caught my eye during a walk through the square. A young lady was walking in and was able to answer the questions I asked without any reservations. I decided to try it out and wasn’t disappointed. Tiffany was very welcoming, answered my questions and was very engaging in my concerns during my wax. The place had a very warm feel to it. I plan on going back for other services.

This place is adorable! Simple and warm décor, clean, bright, well lit along with a cozy pedicure lounge & nail stations. All natural services on the menu include manicures, pedicures, facials, waxing & massages. I was enticed here after a Facebook post & decided to check it out. I stopped in for a pedicure & was greeted by a warm, bubbly voiced female by the name of Tiffany, who by the way is an absolute doll. My pedicure included aromatherapy, a scrub & mini foot massage; absolutely wonderful. I enjoyed the pedi so much I decided to opt for a facial as well. Both services were delightful! Tiffany’s Transformation is a wonderful addition to the community & I look forward to my next visit.
