Our air conditioner died. We called on a Sunday and had someone at our door within an hour. He checked everything and showed my husband the meters and all to prove what he was saying was the truth. They couldn’t do much for the unit without it costing a lot and it would have been just a band aid type treatment so, we decided for the consultant to come out and figure out what size and all would be needed.
(Note:When you buy the air conditioner they deduct the service call too.) They have ordered the unit.
I have to acknowledge how professional, clean, and respectful these people were. If something like this happens it is very stressful and they respect the fact that it will be, in our case, thousands of dollars.
They were not pushy and knew what they were talking about. I will keep you posted when the AC unit arrives and is installed.
