What a great place. The management really cares about the little details in the cupcakes and sweets, the oils and the gift selections. The cupcakes are huge and beautiful. I recommend the red velvet, the strawberry cheesecake and the blueberry. They have a large assortment of flavored oils and vinegars that you can’t find anywhere else in town. There were quite a few customers milling about. Counter service was friendly and quick.

This was such an delightful surprise to find all the fun variety in this shop! We loved it! They had European candies, cupcakes, the largest caramel apples I have ever seen. This is the best gift shop. I got my parents a baguette with olive oil blend to dip. You can make your own blend of oils, and vinegar. Amazing variety of selections. This is only the tip of the iceberg. This is must see shop. Prices were incredibly affordable. My favorite sweet we tried was their cinnamon roll sugar cookie. Delish!

This shop is THE best place to go in Idaho Falls for that unique gift for a special someone, or the perfect treat for your own sweet tooth. The cupcakes are beautiful and delicious at the same time. There are so many neat providers that you can’t find anywhere else. They also have an awesome assortment of pastas, sauces and spices. The customer service is top notch.

Mike and Julie(the owners) are amazing. The greatest part of this shop is the small town, «Mom and Pop» feel that they have created. the atmosphere is what makes this an experience worth the money. The cupcakes are AMAZING(and I don’t regularly enjoy cupcakes). I’ve always felt that Cocoa Bean’s cupcakes are too dry and the frosting too«Crisco-ey»(if that is a word). These are always moist and creamy. The Truffles are delicious and you wont be disappointed(Balsamic, dark chocolate!) However, the best part is the vinegar and oils. Sample and taste away, and ponder on how you can use them at home. Mike is a great source here, and will do anything to help you out. Personally I think that this place is one of the small gems of Idaho Falls. Please go and give it a try, if you don’t have a good experience, let Mike or Julie know and I’m sure they will do everything in their power to help you out.

We went in because I got a coupon for a free mini cupcake at work. I got a mini red velvet and my hubs got the snowball, which was a white cake with cream cheese frosting and a little coconut on top. The cupcakes look fancy, but the Cocoa Bean beats them by a long shot. The cake was pretty dry-it almost had the texture of a cornbread muffin. The frosting had almost too much cream cheese flavor. Also, the store is jam packed wall to wall with stuff. We could barely walk around. The service was mediocre at best. It took us quite a while of standing at the counter to be helped. I doubt we’ll be back.

We came here while visiting family and I was blown away! The store is so beautiful, and like others have said, you walk in and want to purchase everything. My husband and I had the salted caramel cupcake and we almost died it was so good! Seriously, don’t leave with out one!

Wonderful management. Diverse and retro décor. Delicious chocolates. Imported goodies. And packaging that makes you feel special the moment you leave their shop. Leave your purse at home, you’ll want EVERYTHING in the store.

Whenever I’m in town, my mother and I come here. It’s now one of our reconnecting spots. Their cupcakes are super tasty and they have a wide variety of candies, chocolates, and even spices and oils. I love taste testing their oils. This place is a diamond in the rough. The only negative I can say is that it seems a little crowded. Maybe less inventory or sticking to a few things instead of everything would organize it a little better. Either way, we will always come here.

I’ve ordered fudge from this place as a celebration for passing various exams, getting into nursing school, etc. I love their fudge. I normally am not a huge fudge fan but the consistency alone is mouth watering. While the chocolate is still a little too sweet for me, I still find myself craving it in small amounts. Now the raspberry and peanut butter are an entirely different matter. I’m glad I don’t live near this place and have to pay shipping otherwise I would be as wide as I am tall by eating my weight in peanut butter and raspberry fudge. The peanut butter is creamy and tastes like the middle of Reeses cups to me. The raspberry is just tart enough to be mouth watering and to cut the sweetness so that I’m able to eat way too much in one sitting. Their caramel apples are also delicious but way too big for me alone. And after traveling from Idaho to Hawaii they were still crispy and fresh! The pretzel rods hit the spot but I’ve always preferred the pretzel twists dipped in chocolate but still glad I tried them. Overall, whenever I need to celebrate this is going to be my go to sweet reward for as long as this business is open. But locals beware, this place destroys will power!!!

I love cupcakes… or, as I believe I’ve said before, anything with«cake» in the title. We went into Love at First Bite today for the first time(my boyfriend and I), and while I was disappointed to see that many of the cupcake varieties were gone for the day(I have not altered my score due to this fact, as it was later in the day), I did end up settling on a Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cupcake, while my boyfriend decided on Snickers fudge(which he LOVED). The regularly-sized cupcakes are $ 2.35, while the Fudge we bought was a larger package at $ 4.99(I believe it’s a half-pound). My cupcake was fluffy, but a bit dry, and tasted exactly like my own homemade pumpkin roll but with a few solid chocolate chips added in(just the cake itself, not the icing). The icing was a cream cheese base that was bordering on being too sweet. If I had had a smaller version of the cupcake, I think I could’ve handled it just fine, but by the end of this one, I was left reaching for a glass of water to wash it all down. I point this out because there’s normally no such thing as «too sweet» even in my vocabulary. Was it good? Yes. Was it better than Cocoa Bean’s cupcakes(another shop in town, with which I have never been disappointed)? No. Still, this place is about so much more than the cupcakes. In addition to the aforementioned fudge, you can get chocolate dipped pretzels, turtles and all sorts of(apparently) homemade chocolate candies. In addition, there’s a small cooler for drinks, and they even sell specialty fashion/costume jewelry. It’s a «pretty» place, if that helps to sum up the selections here. We’ll likely go back at some point, if only to try the«Better then Forever» cupcake that looks to be their specialty.
