My fiancée and I stopped here on a short motorcycle ride for a quick bite, and we were pleasantly surprised. We both got a gyro and they were hot, fresh and delicious! The fries were also very tasty; they were expertly seasoned. In addition to the affordable, delicious food, the owner/​operator was very friendly and kind.

I highly recommend Gyrox for anybody in town or anyone just passing through. The falafels were rich and yummy with savory Tzatziki sauce, and the fries were unique and sensational.

This place always gets it right. I’ll admit that I was skeptical about gyros in this small town but they really know what they’re doing here. The meat/​chicken/​falafel is always good and the canolis are delish. Cheaper than a lot of the other places on the main drag too. I highly recommend it.

This place is an eclectic mix of Mediterranean food counter and bodego. You can get a hot tasty gyro sandwich while stocking up on Frosted Flakes, olive oil, and Spam. The hummus wasn’t anything special and the Italian pastry we had from the extensive selection wasn’t good enough to finish.

Had some really good gyro sandwiches here. Everything was fresh and tasty. Nice to be able to get gyros in Idaho springs! We called ahead and ordered take out and were not disappointed. My first time there so cannot go 5 stars yet, but this is a really nice addition to Idaho Springs!
