I agree with Sarah H. This place is terrible and the owner is nuts. I filled 2 prescriptions with them, and they messed them both up. The first one was sent o the wrong address and I received it 3 weeks after I was charged for it, all the while my dog went untreated. The 2nd(and last) was worse. They charged me $ 52 to overnight it in heat packs, & they said that it should stay away from cold or the medication would liquify. Well the geniuses over there marked the box«perishable» with no other markings about keeping AWAY from cold so my very efficient concierge put it in the fridge. I refused the package and it was returned to Creative Compounding. Wouldn’t you know the owner Cheryl called me arguing and told me it would be fine to use the product even though it was put in the fridge and refused to do anything. After putting up with her yelling at me, I just contacted Amex to reverse the charge, and this woman is fighting me all the way. So, absolutely shameful and sloppy work. I certainly wouldn’t trust that they wouldn’t make the same kind of sloppy mistakes in filling a prescription. Surprising that they have no compassion for the pets they’re making the prescriptions for or even basic common decency for the owners. Go elsewhere.
