Pros: Good American Chinese food with large portion sizes. Cons: salt and pepper shakers were sticky and haven’t been washed in a long time, north wall with whole of booths has sticky contents on it and finger prints from people all the way down, they need to focus on cleaning front of house.

Something’s changed… new chef or something. I got sick on the food… realized the batter on the chicken was uncooked… my son’s chicken had no batter on the bottom part of his unsliced chicken… tried a second time thinking after all these years, they are entitled to have an off night… but no… it was awful. Too bad as I loved this place… what happened… does anyone know?

Had been a long time customer and been highly supportive of this particular Chinese restaurant. Today I ordered the almond boneless chicken and it was awful(Batter was too thick on it and was very soggy/not done. No big deal, it’s usually very good. Called them up and they said to bring it in and they would remake it. Went back and they were upset about the complaint and asked us to leave. Eventually got the money back. All the manager said was«I don’t want to argue» and sent us on our way. Never coming back. AWFULSERVICE!!!

The food was good, just not what I was expecting. I ordered the cashew chicken thinking that it was most composed of chicken and cashews. It had other fillings that I wasn’t expecting(water chestnuts, Bok choy, green pepper) but the good was okay. I would recommend getting a combination plate because it comes with soup and an egg roll.

I’m a foodie. And Wah Wong’s has a very special place in my heart as the first Chinese food I ever tasted. We were a meat and potatoes family, and Chinese was too adventurous for us. It took a great deal of urging to get my mother to agree to trying it out. She conceded, and we got the Almond and Sweet & Sour Chicken… and… I… HATED it. We didn’t even finish it. A couple months later I had a craving for it. Strange? I know. But we got it again, and it was amazing and we’ve never looked back. Wah Wong’s Sweet & Sour sauce is the standard by which I judge all Sweet & Sour Sauce. It has yet to be surpassed. It isn’t that nuclear red maraschino cherry stuff you get at most other places. Its like a golden with a touch more sour than sweet that really sets it apart. If you dine in, you get a huge portion, with wonton soup and and egg roll for $ 8. A bargain. The sauce saturates that coating on the chicken and it is just delicious. It used to be served with carrot and cucumber slices instead of pineapple chunks, which we preferred. I now live in New England, and honestly have my mother bring me Wah Wong’s Sweet & Sour chicken every time she visits. I’m sure it’s not like authentic Chinese cuisine, but then again I’m not sure what is.(bear gallbladder? tiger penis? shark fin? rhino horn? some other beautiful creature that is on the brink of extinction???) Aaaaand… I have not sampled anything but Sweet & Sour Chicken since that first try so many years ago. But I highly recommend it!

I love everything I’ve had here! The almond chicken is good and never over or under done. The crab rangoons are great and my uncle loves the chicken subgum. Consistently good Chinese food at good prices. The egg drop soup has enough flavor without being too salty.

Best place for Chinese takeout. Large portions and everything is delicious! The cream cheese crab rangoons are the best I’ve had from anywhere, and same with the almond chicken.

This might be the place I miss the most about not eating gluten. The sweet and sour pork: amazing. Almond chicken: amazing. Egg rolls: amazing. Fried rice: amazing. Service is pretty nice too. They remember you when you come to pick up your food. I feel that they get the order done quicker than the estimated time too, which is great.
