All sell no service. Boca Rio made banners too large to fit the truss structure for an event that my firm produces. When confronted, the designer Rick laughed and blamed me. Great customer service Rick. They also made mistakes in printing fliers, signs, t-shirts and the branded wine glasses were a joke. After all this they promised to make it right, only to back out when they realized that my agency would not be a return customer. Classy!

I ordered a custom polo shirt through my work. I didn’t do a thorough check of my shirt before I washed it. When putting it on I noticed a hole. I immediately returned it, but I was denied an exchange or return. Buyer beware, check your product before accepting your order and definitely before washing it as directed before first use. Now I’m out $ 20 for a shirt that has a hole in the middle of the chest. I hope that our company reconsiders their business account with Boca Rio for poor customer service and not standing behind their product.
