Hawaiian Gardens Suite Hotel

This place has a serious termite infestation in the summer, where pests can enter through your screen windows. One resident went on vacation in the past and returned to a bed full of termites. YUCK. At that time, the termite complaint was reported, and management had the audacity to say that the bugs, were «flying ants». In addition, if you get a room by the pool, you’ll regret it. The walls are paper thin, and every sound can be heard. There is no onsite manager, to handle resident issues. This place is a money dump, with a slum landlord. Also, don’t plan on getting your security deposit back, these people don’t even give you receipts for any costs or repairs they did. Very disappointed with management, and upkeep with this apartment.

Where can I even begin? This company took over the apartment complex I live in and not only raised everyone’s rent, but FIRED the property manager that was finally cleaning the place up (and possibly costing them too much money because the manager actually cared about the image of the complex) Since the manager left the place is a mess and has been neglected. Several tenants have moved out and they as much as myself agree that the lucrative rent that is being charged is not worth the amount of effort ANSLEY REALTY puts into their property. I am so disappointed in this company because it seemed that for once they actually cared about their tenants and had hired a good manager to fix the place up, but not even that could last. I wrote and email to Wayne Ansley politely voicing my concerns and received but a thank you generic email. The tenants at Hawaiian Gardens may stay quiet and eat up all the garbage, but I will not stay quiet and let this pass. Companies like Ansley Realty need to be exposed and held accountable for their business practices.
