Good luck getting a water heater replaced by this company. Nothing says «We don’t care about your business» like not returning emails or phone calls. This company had me deal with them thru their technician, Neil. I got my first cell phone in 1993 and there were many places I would work where I could not receive a cell call. That was 22 years ago so it is disappointing that techs would use it today. It didn’t work anyway since the tech ignored my voice messages and said my email went to his junk mail. When we did have real time conversations he was vague and seemed confused. I got the impression he was off the job and making up his next move.
Go anywhere else for home plumbing work. They might be okay for cleaning out leaks.
