My name is Gena Bradley, and I am a skincare educator for Bioelements. I went to Melissa Micheals yesterday for a skincare class and Wow. It is truly a gem in the desert. I absolutely loved it. The owner is super knowledgeable in skin and just a all around amazing esthetician. If you have not been there make your appointment asap, you will love it.

Exceptional service and professionalism with a smile. When you first walk into the spa you absolutely and almost instantly feel relaxed and calm. The interior is homey, warm and comfortable. You don’t get that clinical cold feeling like other places. I enjoyed how personable, professional, and nice the staff was especially how Melissa instantly made me feel relaxed and comfortable during my session. I must schedule a massage and facial soon :) I’m so impressed and sooo happy I found this place. It’s amazing and definitely a jewel in the Valley.

I LOVE Melissa. I just met her today and she did an amazing job on my waxing services. Better than anyone else I’ve ever gone to. Less expensive than going to Yuma and more thorough. Plus, she does men’s waxing too.

She’s friendly and makes you feel comfortable and relaxed; that’s not it though she has skills!
I felt great that evening and the day after even better.

This spa offers friendly staff & high quality spa services. I was so happy to find such a clean spa with excellent customer service in the valley, I’ve gone regularly for one service or another since I discovered it months ago.
Colleen is a very responsive massage therapist, who always adjusts to my needs quickly. I always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. Melissa gets two enthusiastic thumbs up for her thorough, clean waxing techniques. Before I met her, I didn’t know you could leave a bikini waxing experience without cleaning up wax for days! Yea hard wax!

Love this place and don’t have to look anywhere else. I’ve used their massage and waxing services and it is top notch. The salon is always clean and Melissa is always very welcoming and professional. To say the least I live in San Diego and wait until I have a trip to Imperial to get my waxing done.
