I moved into the area 5 months ago, needed a pharmacy and selected this one.
Pharmacy was very slow in the beginning but it seems to be improving.
I have a problem with an older lady at the register at the door. She’s very nasty to me and when I walk in the store I get the look. Then standing in line one day I noticed she is really only nice to people she knows. The rest of us can leave as far as she’s concerned. For this reason I decided to go to CVS, the staff there are very pleasant. As soon as my prescription runs out at rite aid I will go to CVS for all my shopping.

Unbelievable — the line was stretching and out of three employees in the front only one on a cash register. Finally the one employee who was actually standing next to the giant line asked the woman behind the register of she could help!

Slowest pharmacy I’ve ever been to, always 30 min+. I’m guessing it’s because of location. Even the pharmacies in dormont are quicker.
