I was driving from San Diego to Phoenix and shredded one of my tires. After getting the spare on, I noticed the car wouldn’t start and started looking for a towing company. I managed to get ahold of them as they were closing, and they still came out and told me they would get my car, drop it off anywhere I wanted, and then take me to any hotel I wanted. They picked me and the car up in the middle of a dust storm and let me know they’d found a place that would stay open late to take a look at my car so that I could get home that night — and again, if it wasn’t something that could be that night, I could call and they would take me to a hotel.
Tow trucks I’ve dealt with in the past have mostly treated me and my situation as an inconvenience — as if the $ 300 I’m paying for 20 minutes of labor and an 11 mile drive is putting them out — these guys were the complete opposite of that. While I hope to never have to call them again, this was as close to a good experience as you could get in this situation. :)

Tuckers is the only place I take my vehicle for any insurance repairs or paint damage they are honest and I trust them to take good care of my vehicle and repair it right while in their possession.
I have been there so many times I know most of the staff by name and they always treat me politely and respectfully, they make going through a rough time that much easier which is why I continue to go back to Tuckers.
